Great at the price. Out of the box string action was really high and the pickups were almost level with the pickguard, so expect a fair amount of set-up work. I am a complete novice at setting up guitars, but after a few youtube videos and some trial and error it's set-up nicely.

I purchased a blue GST--E (Strat) off of Amazon/ 3rd party GLARRY, and mine was great to play, held tune, and got better each day. . So I went to Glarry homesite, registered and bought the GT502. It arrived within days and I let it sit overnight for room temperature. tuned it the next day, and have had to do very little adjustment. Great Guitar for those without a microscope. I just returned and bought the Black GTL (Tele). If this one is as good, I will return for another.

I never recieved it. If you check fed ex it was shipped to the wrong address. I tried to contact multiple times with no success. I am very upset with your customer service. I have paid for 2 guitars and have only recieved 1. I will be waiting for a response from you but if I don't hear back soon I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel payment. The bass was packaged well with styrofoam all around it. I read several reviews and lubed the tuners before trying to tune it. The neck was very straight but for me the action was too high. I had to file the nut and lower the saddles. I had problems with only one fret buzzing out on the A string. I fixed it with some very light sanding on the fret in question. It sounds very good through my amp. A little bit heavy on the neck side but not too bad. The body is very light and the finish was great. ...

This is my second Glarry bass, with the 4 string version in natural finish being my first. Just as the first did, this bass arrived safely, and even still a little in tune. It was set up well with a comfortably low action and no sharp frets. The pickups sound crystal clear even on the low B string. It's a beginner level guitar. It needed a truss rod tweak. New strings and a saddle height adjustment. It is now completely playable. It has one of the nicest necks I have ever seen on a guitar in my 25 years around guitars. There are no sharp fret ends and the neck is rolled very nicely. Great fret size and a joy to play. I REALLY like this fully-functioning Strat copy - especially for $64. I've been playing since 1976 and owned 4 Strats previously. FIRST IMPRESSION: String action was very high, pick guard was filthy (looked like someone handled it with glue on their fingers), volume POT was scratchy (cut in and out). I knew I could adjust the action myself, I later figured out the 'filthy' looking pick guard was actually protective clear-sheet cover (duh) and resolved pot noise with knob-spray. Of course you get what you pay for but for $65.00 this isn't bad. You will get the guitar snobs out there picking these things apart but what exactly do you expect....a high end guitar? With a little setup and new strings, this thing isn't half bad. I'm not a huge fan of how thick the neck is but again, I'm not going to complain for the price.

This is a Christmas gift so I can't review the sound or even the quality yet, But it was well packed and appears to be in great condition. My son is the recipient and this guitar is the one he specifically requested so we will see how much he likes it on the 25th.

I had to raise the bridges on the upper strings to remove the buzzing frets, and also lengthen the lower strings to tune the octave. We're good to go now. Tone is good. Low distortion pickups and wide tone control. I especially like the maple neck. Everyone who has reviewed the instrument, each described a different problem. But for under $70 and a little setup time you can't beat the Glarry.

I have been very impressed with the quality/price ratio on all of the Glarry products I've purchased. I own a music store and have experimented with stocking several Glarry items in my inventory. Super nice looking guitar. Sounds good and is not very heavy. The Tremolo is what you would expect on a less expensive guitar. This is a great beginner guitar. Between its looks and sound it is a guitar you can be proud to own and play. When my friends see it their eyes light up. My grandson wanted to take guitar lessons, so I looked around for a good entry level guitar for him. He wanted a "Metal" guitar so the Black Burning fire looked good. HE LOVES IT. So I also bought the Burning Fire in sunburst for myself. For the price they are great. Glarry is a maker of inexpensive guitars and instruments. My first Glarry had mix reviews, first the shipper, not Glarry did not package the guitar properly which I expressed to Glarry and they fixed that right away. Nice looking guitar.Arrived with a dead bridge humbucker.Service department advised to take it to a repair shop for a estimate.I did not want to deal with that or returning it so I replaced the humbuckers with a new set myself. Luckily I am good with electronics. The guitar now works fine. I deducted 2 stars for the hassle and expense.
