After searching all the usual retail locations for a used bass, someone recommended Glarry to me. I was able to get a basic bass for less than any of the used ones, but the quality is amazing. It stays in tune, the neck isn't too wide or too thin, the strings were already the right height, and the electronics are fine. I keep it next to my desk in my home office and I've already learned several songs just by playing it whenever I need a break from work. I've recommended Glarry to several people, and anyone who's looking for a beginner-priced instrument that has much better than beginner quality should consider Glarry. They also make great modding platforms if you're into doing your own custom guitar work.

I watched a couple of reviews on YouTube about this guitar and decided to purchase one for my 14yr old son who has never played a bass before. I was extremely surprised of the quality for such a low price. It came without any defects and was very clean. Reviewers on YouTube mentioned that the neck was a little big but I'm guessing my son has longer fingers than normal because he says its perfect size.The sound is pretty good with tolerable feedback and he uses the amp also for an electric Squire ...

He is now wanting to buy the Jazz version of this bass and possibly a bigger amp. It was definitely a good purchase and for an entry level bass, I will rate it 5 stars for price and quality.

I'm a beginner at bass and I've been playing this every day! It's great quality for the price. The neck is a little thicker than the standard electric guitar neck but that's not an issue for me, the design is overall very sleek and the pickups are wonderful. The amp has the classic set of controls for volume, high, mids, bass. Works great, haven't had any issues so far - I would recommend for beginning players because of the great price point, but anyone would be able to enjoy this bass.

Do not buy The strings way across the fretboard making an awful sound and the pick up is incredibly wobbly poorly made save your money.And when I try to contact customer service phone or email it doesn't go through.

Action is good. Don't know if it's intentional but strings aren't aligned between the pickup magnets but are off center and partially overlapping. I hadn't seen that before and usually entry level stuff doesn't do things odd in the name of innovation. Regardless, it doesn't stop it from working. Had to tune it twice doing a sort of "pitch raise" like on a piano that hasn't been tuned in a while so maybe the neck bolt should be slightly tighter than how it came. Shipping was quick even though ...

Shipping was quick even though it was ground. Looks like it went right out the door. Guitar is beautiful and feels great to play. Amp came with a UK plug but I would have ordered without the amp if there were an option. Tested it with a travel adapter and it works but expect more of a transistor radio sound than big fat famous classic 60s tube sound. I can just put a new cord on no problem. Ordered this as a second travel bass that's easier to transport and requires less space and I'm very happy with it. Someone looking for something fancy might not be.
