I changed the tuners, put a shim in the neck, and had a professional set up done to it, and it is now one of my favorite guitars. Well worth the price, and then some!!

Impressive quality for the price. I work on guitars and watch Dave's World of Fun Stuff for setup tips. My Glarry 5 string was out-of-the-box playable with little fret sprout. A bit more neck relief than some might want but that's adjustable, I might straighten the neck and raise the action a bit. Pickups are very microphonic but no grounding problem was evident. I watched many reviews on YouTube and this bass guitar is everything they said it is. I am an intermediate guitar player for about 45 years. Out of the box, no adjustments needed! The intonation is correct, the action is good, and it stays in tune. I recomend this bass guitar to beginners as well as any level guitar player.

For $70, you can't go wrong with this bass! Great value! Mine was set up nicely upon arrival and I did not need to make any adjustments. I opened the box, tuned it up, and was playing withing minutes. I'm happy with my purchase!

1st time online review about anything but had to say for the price i paid almost a shock and all kind of deal. Obviously the 1 i got was completely playable out of the box. Holds tune and sounds pretty amazing again i have to say for the price. The action is great and and i like thhe strings, 008 or 009 maybe incredible deal

Guitar is beautiful. I purchased it for my son for Xmas. He loves skeletons and skulls. However I found that the frets are each serrated and were never polished plus fret sprout. The other problem is that the shape of the whammy bar is incorrect and curved wrong. A replacement would be appreciated.

I ordered this one on the 15th and received it on the 18th. Good job! I let this guitar sit inside for over an hour to let it come to room temperature, and tuned, top string down. The lower E sting slipped a couple of times, almost popping, feeling like a gear was slipping. I let it sit some more an re-tuned. So far so good. The fretboard is perfect, and smooth, and really feels good.. No sharp edges at all. Slightly bowed, I will adjust to relief one quarter turn, and then let it sit overnight. ...

I was impressed by the quality of the fit and finish. After tweaking the bridge and adjusting for intonation and action, using the strings that came with the guitar, it became a very acceptable guitar to use. Guitar arrived with no bumps or bruises in a very timely fashion after ordering. If all their guitars have the quality that I received, I would highly recommend this as an inexpensive alternative. This guitar is a great value for the price. The purchase process was easy. The guitar is of good quality, sounds good, and would make a very good first guitar (even though this is something like my 9th guitar). I wanted a Strat-like guitar but could not justify paying for one, since I play mostly acoustics. But after stumbling upon a review video of this guitar one night I decided to buy one and am pleased with the purchase.

I think this bass is great. got it before stated delivery date. needed very little setup.intonation was very close, neck was great. will change out the nut and strings after a while. tuned very easy.

Amazing value for the price - guitar sounds great. Unfortunately the neck is cracked at the body joint - possibly happened in shipping. I'll use heated hide glue to fix it once I figure a way to clamp it.

Great at the price. Out of the box string action was really high and the pickups were almost level with the pickguard, so expect a fair amount of set-up work. I am a complete novice at setting up guitars, but after a few youtube videos and some trial and error it's set-up nicely.

I purchased a blue GST--E (Strat) off of Amazon/ 3rd party GLARRY, and mine was great to play, held tune, and got better each day. . So I went to Glarry homesite, registered and bought the GT502. It arrived within days and I let it sit overnight for room temperature. tuned it the next day, and have had to do very little adjustment. Great Guitar for those without a microscope. I just returned and bought the Black GTL (Tele). If this one is as good, I will return for another.

I never recieved it. If you check fed ex it was shipped to the wrong address. I tried to contact multiple times with no success. I am very upset with your customer service. The bass was packaged well with styrofoam all around it. I read several reviews and lubed the tuners before trying to tune it. The neck was very straight but for me the action was too high. I had to file the nut and lower the saddles. I had problems with only one fret buzzing out on the A string. I fixed it with some very light sanding on the fret in question. It sounds very good through my amp. A little bit heavy on the neck side but not too bad. The body is very light and the finish was great. ...

This is my second Glarry bass, with the 4 string version in natural finish being my first. Just as the first did, this bass arrived safely, and even still a little in tune. It was set up well with a comfortably low action and no sharp frets. The pickups sound crystal clear even on the low B string.
