At these price points, I think expecting a perfectly setup instrument are honestly unrealistic. But I was pleasantly surprised that the neck is fairly well done. No fret buzz. No sharp fret ends. The saddles will require a bit of adjustment as well as intonation, but that is ten minutes of work compared to a "fret level and crown" which will NOT be required. New pickups, pots and pickguard are on the way. All-in-all I'm very satisfied. Shipping took too long, but that isn't Glarry's fault!
