For the price, it is good enough. mine came with everything in good condition. no damage to the items. the strings took about 5 days to settle into tune. but once it settled, after 45 min of practicex2times per day, it went back in tune by within a half the turn of micro-tuner at the end of the day. this is consistent, and I don't consider this to be going out of tune quickly or grossly. Excellent cello! If I have any complaints, and they are only slight, it is that the quality of the rosin that comes with it is quite poor, and I found that getting a good sound was a lot easier after I got some better quality rosin. The bow is also on the lower side of things, as far as quality of construction goes, but it is definitely functional and gets the job done.

Ok so I got my GT502 today I am so pleased took some time to set up but once the strings were stretched out and I carefully wiped it down the strings will be replaced eventually , overall the quality of the instrument is excellent the finish is exactly how I expected it to be the tone and resonation is absolutely comparable to my Yamaha

We got this for our son who had just started cello lessons at school! We got some quotes from local shops which were very high and did not want to spend that much out the gate. This cello has worked out great and held up very well. He takes lessons several times a week and has had no problems with it, one of his private instructors who teaches at a music school for gifted children saw no problem with the instrument! Great price especially for beginners!

This is an amazing violin for beginners. I bought this violin for my son who wants to learn to play. I did not want to spend alot of money and figured if he liked it I would buy him a better one. I have played all my life and when it got here I could not believe how good the sound was. It is well worth every penny. The case alone is worth the amount you pay for the violin. This is a great guitar for the price. It sounds good, the frets feel good, no sharp edges. It works well plugged in or acoustic. The strap that comes with it is terrible, but that's just nitpicking. The case is okay, but you will likely want to replace it as well. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the bass itself.

It has been half a year with this violin. It stayed in tune the entire year, needing only minor adjustment from day to day. Probably because it's covered in paint, it was actually very stable against change in climate conditions through out the year, from dry cold winter to wet spring to humid hot summer to dry hot fall. Still beautiful. and sounds good!

The GV403 Violin is the second instrument I've purchased from Glarry. The instrument is a great value for the money and is fully functional for a budget beginner or student. The sound post came loose during shipping. This is not uncommon in any violin as it is not a glued-in part. Customer service was outstanding. Looks beautiful and rich in quality. Sounds fantastic. I'm brand new in the violin/anything musical arena, so I did a lot of research before purchasing. This is definitely a great starter and on violin from the reviews. My instructor tuned it easily the same day it arrived. I did buy a more quality rosin than the standard that was provided. The case keeps the violin well secured. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It looks really good and is easy on the budget. The only issue I had was tuning it for the first time. I broke the e and g string so i put on a new set and it tuned up perfect. I give it five stars (I believe the strings breaking was my own inexperience with violins). You cant beat it at this price.

It's a very good instrument for a beginner, with just a few little points knocking off that 5th star: The body is quite light while the neck and head contribute a significan heft, which does cause some awkward handling that can get uncomfortable after a while In addition, the pick-ups are quite short which can make then difficult to rest your thumb on Otherwise, I'm very impressed with what I recieved for the pricepoint
