I read all the reviews and thought I would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. Had 1 little spot on the paint job by the strap button and the high E string was not seated in the tremblock. Of course I had to tune it. Everything else was very good. Fret work was not bad, the action was low and even the intonation was almost perfect. I can't speak for everyone else but I'm very happy with my purchase. Great value and I might get another one for another project.

I'm a bassist with 43 years of experience and I already own 35 basses so I definitely didn't 'need' another bass. I ordered the fretless with no expectations because of such a low price. Upon opening the box I realized this bass looks good. I changed the strings to flatwounds, set the bridge, tweaked the truss rod and it was good to go. Hello! I actually bought two guitars from Glarry, but one came from Wish. I got the wine red thinline with the humbucker at the neck, and also, the black one, with the single coils, with the white binding. I love them both, especially the red one, because of the rosewood fretboard! In the last fifty years, I have owned most every kind of guitar you can get! Upon unboxing my guitar, the overall appearance of my fretless bass was stunning! The burlywood finish is beautiful and I was well pleased with its light weight. But after tuning the bass, I found it unplayable. The combination of bridge and neck settings caused the strings to bottom out heavily on the neck in the vicinity of the nut, requiring some extensive setting up to render it playable, something that a novice player would likely have trouble doing. but once the set-up was finally acco ...

I'm a professional musician with 40 yrs experience and have played a lot of different types of music and have owned 40 basses over the years, Fender,Gibson, Warwick etc.I purchased your 5 string jazz bass just to check it out and loved it so much I bought this one 2 days later and plan on buying your fretless. Great beginner guitar. Arrived on time, no issues. Had a very slight buzz in 6th (E) string but a tiny adjustment took care of that. Clean finish, & sounds good. If you're looking for a good guitar to practice or learn on this is it. The action is about right on strings. The included amp is decent. I did buy a much larger amp & use the glarry amp as a metronome using my phones headphone jack & a free metronome app. But for practice the amp works well enough.

I use this bass for my piccolo strings and it sounds wonderful. I love the feel, it's lite. The only problem was the black Polish sticking to your hands on the fretboard. It will leave prints from you playing, and you can see the polish on your calluses. Overall still a wonderful choice.

This is my first bass guitar. Sounds great, functions well, looks great, I am definitely satisfied. It came with a big chip of wood taken out of headstock which was disappointing but it doesn't affect the playability or sound so I didn't attempt to return it.

It was a little late but you can expect that with covid 19. but the guitar was really nice for what you pay for. the whole box don't weigh 15 or 20LB with amp and all. the strings are smooth no roughness at all. the stings did feel a little loose but other than that. id suggest in getting this package for anyone who is just starting out.

I/We now are the completely satisfied owners of two of these guitars. I bought my wife a left handed one a few months back and we liked it so much that I bought myself a righty, even though neither of us had ever played a bass guitar. I also bought her a lefty Telecaster knock off. Amazing playing quality for less than $100 and they are all beautiful instruments. I have a 1966 vintage Vox, a Strat and a Telecaster and the 3 Glarry's make me smile every time I pick one up.
