My child's teacher says the instrument sounds good, and we are impressed with all that comes with the instrument for the price. That says, there are a couple of negatives: 1) The screw that should thread into nut inside the frog of the bow was stripped such that the bow would not tighten. I Would've given 5 stars except for one tiny flaw. The cover for the accessories box opens when carrying the case around! It needs a latch or something to keep it closed. Velcro or some other means to keep that cover closed and its contents secure would make this guitar case absolutely perfect! I will figure out to fix this problem and other than that i'm VERY HAPPY with my purchase!

I was very surprised that the bass is such good quality, it's light weight, stays in tune, sound good,looks sharp, all around I'm very satisfied. Ordered a GT502 after watching a YouTube video-review that was pretty positive. Guitar was delivered in 3 days and for under 50 quid it's surprisingly good. You can tell it's been made quickly and cheaply, but once it was tuned up and given a while to acclimatise I can't believe how nice it sounds. I have several acoustic guitars but none anywhere near as cheap as this one and it might be my favourite for un-amplified jamming. Would be perfect for anyone starting to learn guitar.

The product arrived in good shape and within a reasonable timeframe. No problems here. The guitar sounds great, though the pickups aren't exactly aligned with each strings. A bit of a hum when you crank up the volume. For the price, I like it.

For the price, this is a super value. Beautiful job on the body color. Mine arrived in perfect condition - no damage during shipment. All I did to make this guitar a little nicer was add a good set of strings, set the action and intonation (neck relief was fine). The other thing I did was go over the neck with 3000 grit sandpaper. i like the bass guitar alot. it has a minor blemish on the neck near the headstock. but other than that it is nice. I gave it 4 stars because the 1/4 in jack caused a bit of buzzing, once i changed it everything was fine. Plays great and stays in tune. Just a suggestion, on a black guitar it would be nice to see all black hardware. I changed all the hardware and the strings to "black it out". see attached picture. Hope you like.

When I bought this bass, I wasn't expecting too much due to the low price, but I was absolutely blown away. This bass sounds absolutely amazing and holds tune surprisingly well. I was curious about what I would get for $49. The quality of the finish is sketchy with a rough, un-sanded fingerboard from the 17th fret to the soundhole — but that's not a big deal since I can't play up there very well anyway. Outstanding value. Outside of needing to be tuned, it worked perfectly. The amp is great. The cord that came with it was not so good, but once I used my own cord, it sounded great! The bass is beautiful and stays in tune well. No rough edge on the neck. Everything was perfect outside of the included chord! Arrived very quickly! Great value for the money!

Although it is absolutely beautiful there were a few small issues. The instruction that came with it need to be more explanatory. While they give you a brief idea of how to assemble the violin they do not explain how to place the bridge, use the tuning pegs, and setup the bow well enough for someone who has never picked one up. The case and all other parts and accessories are fantastic for beginners. The digital tuner needs instructions though.

Very good value and plays nicely without a lot of set up. My main complaint is the finish, you can see the circular buffer marks on the front of guitar but not a big deal. I would buy another and I just might.
