The box it was shipping in was in great condition. As for the guitar, light weight great finish. No fret sprout and the neck was straight. The tuners are ok but that is something I intended to replace anyway. I like the neck pickup, the bridge is a little microphonic but I have had worse from more expensive guitars. My first Glarry experience was good but the guitar itself had some minor nut issues that made it very hard to play (ST model). This GTL model however is amazing for the price. Only 2 issues I could find, dirty finger board and F holes a little rough. Otherwise this is an incredible instrument for the price. The Yellow model is particularly beautiful to look at.

Guitar is everything and even better than I expected. The guitar arrived in about a week, just before Christmas, which was perfect. The good packaging was in great condition and was very excited to open and see the beautifully finished "burly wood" body. Everything, the hardware, tuners and all was solid and good quality. After receiving my bass guitar it appears to have damage to it. Damage/defect had no effect on the playability or sound of the bass. Sounds and plays excellent! Plan on using it to record a few tracks in the near future.

I had a GTL delivered to my house for an xmas present. When we opened it we found that both the volume and the tone knobs broken off. Upon hearing of the issue, the Glarry support team was very attentive and immediately sent me a replacement with all parts in tact and perfect working order. I was able to plug this one in and was amazed at the intonation and action right out of the box. I am very happy with the guitar and highly recommend it!

I am highly impressed with this bass. I bought it on a lark because I'd heard some good things about Glarry instruments and wow, i am glad I did. Like all other five-star reviews, I am qualifying this as "five stars, for the money". However, there's still a story to tell here. I purchased this guitar with the intention of modding it to the max. Upon receiving it, the ONLY quality defect I could see was that one screw on the switch plate cover was screwed in at an obvious angle. Item keeps saying shipped on 12/23, no record of it shipping. Tracking says still not shipped. Glarry blames UPS, but they say they don't have it yet. Keep getting the runaround via email on both of my items. They charged me right away no problem but no one can tell me why it truly hasn't been shipped. Lame! EDITING to add that again I get a disjointed email from someone blaming UPS for not picking up the order after 12 days. NOT TRUE. SO ANNOYING!

Fantastic guitar for the price! Needs setting up though. To start with a positive, the body was immaculate and the neck was perfectly straight. The guitar worked right away and did not have any electrical issues. As to expect from the price, I needed to dress the frets and file the nut slots. At first, I could not fit the wammy bar. Other than a few minor defects in the finish I cannot find any faults. It is very light and comfortable to play. It weighs about half of my Squier Affinity PJ bass, I expected it to have a heavy metal growl to it. Instead it has a nice warm tone. It was literally tune and play. Setup was decent. Bought this for my wife who has always wanted to play the bass. Needed something reliable and good for not a lot of money. Most of the reviews I read were good so I took the leap. She opened it on Christmas and was very pleased. Has already taken several on-line classes and seems to enjoy the ride so far. Amp is pretty small and a little tinny but just fine as a starter given the price. So far very satisfied. Thanks.
