My only complaint is the shipping company. Glarry was awesome. They shipped my order immediately and came on time. When I gifted the clarinet to my daughter, she was very happy. We were very happy. The bag, the components , everything was top quality. I was very impressed with the clarinet. I thought that for $99, I was going to get a rip off toy store cheapy but noooooooo . Now back top the shipping company .... I'm not familiar with them and when I checked tracking, they indicated the product was coming from Germany and another time it said China. I was very frustrated. And then the tracking showed that my order was stuck at the point of origin for 3 days and I was worried I wasn't going to get it by Christmas. Well It came on time and it was shipped from within the Unted States. But even the day we received it, tracking still showed it stuck in China. Water under the bridge.
