This little bass sounds HUGE. With a decent amp I get great throaty tones that growl when I need them to. there's plenty of bite and punch available when you need it. The build quality is good. The finish looks like it's a stain with a simple waxing done to protect it. This is just how the original high end bases that this one emulates were done. Just got my Glarry HSH Strat today and am very happy with it. I had to set up the action like I like but once I did it sounds as sweet as a bird. Everything is awesome except the 24th fret is popped up and twisted. The only string effected is the low E string and it deadens the last 3 frets. I will either fix it, replace it, or remove it. No big deal.

Six days from NJ to ND, not too bad, with a Saturday and a Sunday in there too! Yes, the packaging looks pretty sparse, but this thing got here without a scratch or a dent! AND IT IS AMAZING! I came back! I've had my GTL for just over a week now, played it more than any new guitar within that time frame, and now I can point out a few issues. Even if I could, it still gets 5 BIG stars, so read on about my nit-picking. I saw a couple of reviews that said the frets were rough, or gritty. Here's what I found out: These strings are a few notches below average (the price of this thing is a bunch of notches below, don't forget) they don't stay in tune well. Back to that fret issue, these st ... I came back! I've had my GTL for just over a week now, played it more than any new guitar within that time frame, and now I can point out a few issues. Back to that fret issue, these strings have some kind of metal dust or grit on them, they turned my G&L White thin pick almost black... that's not where your fingers touch... the grit, I think, is from the strings, not the frets. Once I gave it good wipe with a little polish, nothing felt gritty. Speaking of the frets! I looked at a Epi LP, on sale at a major nationwide "guitar center" for $199. I grabbed it to remove it from the rack, and almost cut my fingers on the frets, just by touching it! ALL of THEM had what felt like an 1/8 of an inch poking out on both sides... "shred" with this thing will "truly shred... your fingers", how do they put a guitar out, for you to look at, in that condition? I got it, they don't want you to buy the "sale" guitar... the costly one's "feel so much better". Next, the guitar is SO DARK BLUE, unless you have a spot light on it, you are playing a "black" guitar. I like black guitars too! Finally, I don't know if it could be corrected, while maintaining an unbelievable price, the neck, the body, and the strap pegs don't aligin. It is "neck heavy" and wants to drop down, pulling the strap with it... again BIG DEAL RIGHT! It does however, take some getting used to "supporting" that neck, and playing at the same time. I grabbed some quick pics... The reason I got this, is I wanted to get my Fullerton Signature into my luthier to restore it to as close of condition as it would have been when the inspector signed the tag on 02/21/1995. He said 2 weeks or a bit more, I was number 111 in his list of guitars waiting for the doctor. I didn't want to go that long, without anything to play. It's not like putting your car in the shop, no one offers a "loaner"... hmmmmmm... wonder about that as a side business... "rent a guitar"... buy Glarry's, in 2 or 3 rentals, it's paid for... maybre I should not have said that here... LOL Had to include one pic of my GF Legacy too. Stop thinking about it and GET ONE OF THESE!

This was the least expensive case for a Stratocaster that I could find. It's pretty lightweight construction, probably not much wood, but it's good enough to protect the instrument from bumps, knocks, and small drops. Should fit just about any standard stratocaster. Perfectly suitable for my inexpensive Indonesian Stratocaster. You'll likely want to get something sturdier for a high dollar guitar. I would buy this case again for a sub $700 strat.

Guitar strap pin fell out mid jam session, less than a month after I purchased it. Took extra special care of this new guitar too, never left the case unless it was being played or set up. Customer service gets a zero stars for trying to remedy the situation by telling me to GLUE it back in! Not acceptable. Apparently all Glarry guitar strap pins are the buyers issue and need to be glued in at the owner's expense, where is the quality control anymore!?

I bought this bass as something to mess around with as I'm mainly a guitar player. The fit and finish was good, especially for the price. The setup was decent with good action though I did have to loosen the truss rod just a little. The stock pickups don't even sound too bad. I don't really see a need to replace them. I have no complaints and would recommend this to anyone looking for a decent bass at a super low price.

I love my Glarrys. I have 2 now and bought a 3rd for a friend so they could get back into guitar. The quality of the violin is pretty good. However, some accessories are low in quality like the bow rosin, and the fine-tuning screws. Overall sound quality is excellent. You should change the low-quality rosin and add some high-quality at least.

It was actually very difficult working with this company. This was my first time using as well. Bought violin to send to nephew in Louisiana for 10th. Birthday. Item arrived scratched, missing 2 screws, and missing a string. Took several days for contact back and first contact they only offered a $15 refund and said to take to a shop to fix. Very un impressed by the hospitality of the company. Will not be using again.

This is my second Glarry 5 string Bass. The necknonbthe jazz is a little wider than my other 5 string. I love everything about it. My only disappointment is the gain from the pickups, they are about 15db quieter than my Percission basses. I can compensate for that, but a disappointment anyway.
