I was a bit worried it was going to come broken or missing a piece, however it came in perfect condition! The bow had a couple horse hair that needed to be cut but that's not an issue. It took a REALLY LONG TIME just to get my rosin to stick onto the horse hair but after finally successfully doing so, I saw on the instruction that it's best to make a couple cut into the rosin -whoops! I was also scared and worried about how to add the bridge and tube the viola but it was actually very easy to do ...

Communication was shakey at the start. It took four days to find out it was back ordered but now in stock and would ship two days later. Upon receiving, it all looked good. When playing it sounded tinny. Upon inspection, two of the strings were not aligned at the bottom properly. You Tube has a video how to properly set up the guitar. For the price, I expected something less than Fender. I'll make it better.

These keys are just about fully weighted, just as a heads up. They're great for me and my piano students, but another teacher said she prefers more weighted keys.

It is okay, it barely puts sound through my amp even with all my knobs turned up. The sanding job on the neck was kind of rough, and the c string broke up on tuning so I had to go get another set, but other than that it's pretty nice especially for the price. I'm not complaining by any means either. It plays and that's all I can ask! Thank you Glarry!

I am giving this 5 stars because for a starter cello it is better than I expected it to be. The strings it came with are not high quality by any means but they are good even to start with. It took about 5 days for the strings to stretch and the whole instrument to settle so it would stay in tune. I used peg dope on the pegs and oiled the fine tuners like I would do to the violins. It's a nice guitar for a beginner. When it arrived with the box punctured and battered, I had a feeling something would not be good. It has a great tone, but we noticed that the fixed bridge is unleveled and makes the B-string closer to the frets than the others, which concluded in a buzzing sound. The G-string bridge part was unleveled but didn't affect the tone nor the sound.

Very dissapointed. Ordered violin for my Grandaughter as a Christmas present. Was about to wrap it up, and decided to open it before I wrapped it. The violin does not have a bridge and it's not strung up.how do I give her this as a present?!

Update...violin had the bridge afterall. Didn't realize that the bridge was wrapped in paper under the tail piece. One of the strings easily popped after trying to tune the instrument. Will need new quality strings for this violin.

Im surprised of this little guy. Im a small person and it fits great in my hands. It has some rough edges and minor details that need adjustment like the action but nothing out of the ordinary. The gig bag that comes with it is pretty cheap and barely fits the bass. Sound wise I tested it and once the action was fixed sounded clearer, nice tone for chords but nothing too crazy. For the price I guess is great for kids and beginners.
