It's a solid beginner violin. Sound quality is okay, but don't expect a professional tone. Some parts felt a bit basic, yet it's good enough for learning and practice.
Good value for the price. The tone is clear, especially through an amp. One suggestion: the included rosin could be higher quality, but overall, a fantastic starter electric cello.
My wife wants to learn the cello so we started shopping around. Oddly enough my good friend owns a music store and while talking about it he mentioned Glarry because he doesnt sell cello's.We didn't want to spend thousands to get started.Anyhow, I was skeptical but my friend assured me it was decent stuff.We are completely impressed with the cello.And free shipping was the icing on the cake.Really it's an unbeatable value to get started playing.
The violin looks great and works fine when plugged in, but the acoustic sound is really weak. Also, some parts felt a bit flimsy out of the box. Decent for beginners.
