I bought this (in the clear finish) because I loved the look of the instrument. It easily has the appearance of basses costing far more. A wide strap is recommended, since this can be rather neck heavy. For the price, this is an excellent value. I did have to tweak the intonation a bit, but no major issue. I am genuinely shocked at how good this bass is. It's not perfect for sure, but it's amazing for the money and punches hard above its price point. Issues: sharper frets near the higher register. Neck wood was also a little rough near the heel (a little Scotchbrite fixed it quick). VERY resistive tuners, though granted their stability is great. That's it. That's the entire list of issues. At age 74, I chose this bass because of the comfort of a shorter neck. The quality of the build is excellent. I upgraded to flatwound strings, that suits my playing style. This bass is not just a beginner instrument; it's a gig-ready axe.

outstanding. I was surprised at the quality of the bass, it was great. I only had to put some flat wounds on and it was good to go. The pickups are great, the tuning machines are great, the look is exceptional. Eventually I might change the nut, but it isn't a problem. I'm impressed. It was shipped in a very protected container, and arrived quick. Yay!

I received the Glary fretless bass about 5 days after I ordered it and it arrived very well packaged. I am very pleased with what just 100 dollars will buy from Glarry Music. Arrived without issues, looks great, and easy to set up. A little neck heavy and I'll be looking to replace the strap and eventually the amp (sounds ok with volume halfway but buzzy when louder). Guitar sounds ok to me, but to be fair, I'm completely new to the bass, so not sure how to critique. No complaints, though, as this has gotten me rolling.
