I bought this bass for my little brother for a surprise.I took it to him and told him I was gonna buy it from a friend hoping he could find a reason to knock the price down.He tried for about 20 mins. when he told me he really couldn't find a reason I said to him good then take care of it he loves it.

I waited a month before doing my review to make sure everything was not too good to be true. The tones that you can get are wonderful. The light weight of the bass makes it easy to play for hours with a strap. I was pleasantly surprised with playability of this bass. I did not have a jazz bass so I took a chance on this and I was really suprized that it sounds and feels so good. I had to file the fret ends ( too sharp) but no big deal at this price. This bass is stunningly beautiful! The finish is perfect... I couldn't find any flaws anywhere! All I had to do was tune up and play. There is a few spots of buzziness on the fretboard, but I'm going to let it acclimate for a day or 2, then change the strings and give it a good setup. The fretboard is a bit dry, so I'll oil that, too.Plugged in, it sounds good. Maybe a bit bright, but putting a different set of strings on will change that. The bass arrived 7 days early...nice. I had an issue on my end early on and Glarry responded immediately. Much appreciated. The bass was wrapped in protective wrapping and encased in a rigid styrofoam coffin type deal, then placed in a cardboard box.The bass arrived with no dents dings or riff raff. Great Guitar, easy to tune, love the color. Only thing I did not approve of is the giuitar strap too thin..guitar over weighs the strap and makes holding guitar around neck uncomfortable. The amp is okay. The bag the guitar come in is too thin as well I just think the material should be lil better quality for price don't have to be the best of the best but better than cheap.

This Bass guitar arrived no damage no blemishes and even had a decent setup , the only "flaw" was fret finish ,a little sharp on the ends and not shiny or smooth , This is my first Bass and It has preformed as it should .

I guess they mass-produce one neck to fit all bass models, lol. It is 3/16" wider than a Jazz neck all over. The wood is raw, but I wanted that anyway, no clear coat. Frets are nicer than I expected.-body is very light, wiring seems competently soldered. I am rebuilding this anyway.-included gig bag and strap are useless, throw them away. Overall, for the price, this is a good instrument. Upon getting the bass the neck was bowed quite a bit, couldn't play it this way. But I did the typical new guitar setup on it and all is good now with playability. My only legitimate complaint is with the pups/electronics. The bridge pup doesn't put out sound, even with the volume knob maxed, until the volume on the neck pup is turned up. But even then the volume of the bridge pup is faint. Product arrived at my door within a week after purchase. The instrument did have a blemish in the finish above the pickguard but does not affect the functionality of it. The pickups are kind of weak. Tried several different cords with no change. Will be upgrading the pickups. Stays in tune well and is light weight which is a plus if playing a 3-4 hour show. I am very pleased with the instrument. Great value!

The Strap is junk, the cord cheap but the guitar is really quite nice. Most likely I should buy new Bass strings to really get a good feel but for now it really adds a bass part to most all the Tunes, mostly Blues, I play with.

Quite impressed with the bass. Holds tune well. Neck needed some sanding because it was sticky and a bit rough. I have to tell you, I bought this because I have played a 4 string forever and wanted something cheap to see how a 5 string plays. This bass will be on stage with me soon. Highly recommend for a lower end priced bass! For a $125 bass its pretty nice. I have a couple of $1000 Fender basses that I love

It is not my first time buying from Glarry but I was in the market for a fretless bass. I received it in less than a week from my purchase date and I was impressed by how good the bass felt to play. It works well for a starter. Would be 5 stars except the neck and the bridge don't look to be lined up that well. The space between the top of the fretboard and the B string gets bigger toward the body of the guitar compared to the headstock. This causes the pickups to be off compared to the string.

I had ordered a Glarry Bass and the neck wasn't quite finished by the neck shaping machine. I repaired the neck myself and Glarry sent me $20 to cover my time and expense.
