Very dissapointed. Ordered violin for my Grandaughter as a Christmas present. Was about to wrap it up, and decided to open it before I wrapped it. The violin does not have a bridge and it's not strung up.how do I give her this as a present?!

Update...violin had the bridge afterall. Didn't realize that the bridge was wrapped in paper under the tail piece. One of the strings easily popped after trying to tune the instrument. Will need new quality strings for this violin.

It has been a pleasure ordering from Glarry. I ordered a violin for the grandchild. Two days later I placed a 2nd order for the same violin. Arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. Came with EVERYTHING needed to play violin. Violin is full size and sounds great. I cannot speak to the quality compared to higher priced violins however it plays perfectly and is a very cost effective way to begin or try out violin.

The violin comes with rosin, extra strings, a good case, and a shoulder rest. In my opinion, this is a great deal for a small violin.

Great violin. My only very minor gripe is that the setup required a tiny tweak with the bridge, but once tuned it sounds really nice. The sound projects well and the build is solid for the cost.

Upon opening the box the violin case was completely covered in mildew inside the case everything seemed fine I rosined the bow and was able to play for about 2 days and then the frog broke in half on the bow overall I'm happy to have gotten to play for the time that I did but sad the case was gross and the frog broke on me

Very nice for a beginner! Took a star off only because the bridge wasn't set and it only came with 2 fine tuners. Everything else though was way better than expected!

The violin itself looks beautiful. About the only flaw is the varnish (or whatever the clear coat is) coating had a drip on it shaped like an icicle. My bow kept getting caught in it and I kept braking hairs on my bow. I thought it was me at fault. But, when I realized it was the clear coat, I just took some very fine sand paper and sanded it away. Haven't broken a hair on my bow since. I only broke 6 hairs, so I'm okay. It takes at least a week for the strings to settle, After that, it h ...
