I was surprised how well this guitar was built and sounded pretty good, but I decided to make changes. In replaced the nut with roller nut, the neck with an after mkt strat neck, added locking turners, a heavy block trem, a loaded pickguard with alinco magnet pickups, roller saddles...it is now a very different guitar and sounds AND plays like an 800$ mexican strat, infact plays like an Amercan strat with a little work done on the neck.

With a few minor adjustments this was ready to play right out of the box. All I did was adjust the truss rod and one saddle. I did use this guitar as a modding platform. A bone nut, roller trees, locking tuners, a high-end loaded pickguard and a new bridge. I also did some fret work and it is an awesome playing little guitar.

This is the 2nd guitar purchased from Glarry, First impression upon opening box, Beautiful, excellent quality. After setup it sounds amazing. Once again they knocked it out of the part. I can't wait for the 40" Auditorium acoustic to be back in stock.

Overall I'm satisfied with my guitar it's great especially for this price point. The only grievance I have is that the headphone input on the amp does not work. I've tried different headphones just to make sure and nothing. I live in an apartment so I was excited to be able to practice at night without disturbing my neighbors but I guess not.

Over all not to bad. Was very disappointed in the color I was expecting a yellow one. If that is yellow it's a shade of yellow I've never seen before, The fret work was somewhat weak( sharp ends) . Playability was ok I'm just I little ways past an advanced beginner so action seemed a little high, however I expected that. I bought this guitar to learn how to work on guitars. Hence I got what I expected. There is much promise in this unit and I am looking forward to making it mine. Over all it is ...

Bought for my teen daughter, haven't touched this really other than to setup for her but is comparable to a Squier in fit, finish, and electronics so a great guitar for the price conscious guitarist. Came out of the box relatively ready to play. Action wasn't all that high unlike most new lower end guitars, intonation was decent for a beginner guitarist and was almost in tune though of course I had to fine tune it with my clip on and through my amp but once tuned, strings are stretched a bit and ...

I'll play them occasionally. This is my first Glarry & to my surprise, it is a beautiful green gem. It is by far the lightest electric guitar I've ever held. It has a 3 or 4-piece body (it's hard to tell) as opposed to more expensive guitars with one or two pieces, but it doesn't matter - it's gorgeous. Just a week earlier, I bought a more expensive blue Ibanez GRX70QA-TBB, and I think I like the looks of this one better. The construction is very good. I can find no flaws in fit or finish. However, it is a very inexpensive guitar & understandably compromises must be made to hit this price point - i.e. tuners, pickups, tremolo, nut, bridge, etc. I get annoyed at reviewers who complain about "cheap" cords, "cheap" tuners, etc. What are you expecting at this price? Want better? Spend more. The main thing to me is if it's playable or not. Knowing that quality between individual identical instruments in this price range can vary widely, this one is playable. Fret edges aren't sharp. I've bought more expensive guitars that shredded my fingers. Action is acceptable. Again, I've spent more $$$ on some that the string height was absurdly high - but you can always set up almost any guitar to your liking. Neck has a medium thickness. Pickups sound OK clean, but most folks are playing through effects anyway, so it's not a big deal. The ONLY complaint I have is the back of the neck. I love an unfinished/satin neck, which this one has, but it's a little rough. But it's easily correctible with a little light sanding with a super-fine-grit sandpaper. Overall, I'm absolutely amazed at this guitar at this price. Much, much more than I expected.

I think Glarry offers decent instruments at an affordable price. I have also bought tuners and while 1 of them was bad they gave me 1 to replace it so I can say the customer service was excellent.

Great sound even from the included amp though don't expect to play any shows with it it's pretty decent, not incredibly loud but sounds crisp. Everything shipped very quickly and was in great condition except for the strings. The 6th string was a little bent, but I had planned on swapping them out anyway so no big deal. Sounds great and amp works well. A perfect buy for beginners.

Beautiful instrument. I bought it to flip the body and strings and make it a Jimi Hendrix Stratocaster. My gorgeous wife is left handed and will absolutely "rock" with this ax in her arms.

It's truly beautiful! Everything I expected! Only downfall is the Amp cord that connects to the guitar is loose... I've been trying to get in contact with someone about this and no answer... I need a new cord.
