Crack around the neck on both sides a loose nut and various imperfections.. The crack is not acceptable when it comes to me that way! That's why I didn't give them a good review.

I'm 56 years old now and I've been playing guitar since I was 9 years old, and I am very impressed with this guitar, I chose the Greene and I'm very pleased with the action of the neck and the looks of the guitar and the manufacturers have done an excellent job on this and they are very quick with their orders I am very very impressed great job guys

The guitar came with everything listed, no complaints there. The guitar itself is good but not great, not sure if its because the tuning knobs are all on the same side. The spacing due to the knobs makes certain chords harder to do than I remember. Overall, its very worth for this purchase; I understand you get what you pay for, otherwise its a great starter instrument.

Bought one for myself and I love it. My only recommendation to Glarry about their GTL line is to offer them all with six saddle bridges instead of the three saddle bridge. Makes for much better intonation. Very fast shipping and may buy from again.

Shipped unplayable guitar 2 tuners didn't tune.Guitar was not new fine scratches EVERYWHERE.Neck had a ding in it . I bought two and the only things I could complain about is on both guitars where the neck meets the body there is a crack in the finish on each side (Someone over tightened when attaching the necks) and one of them came with a square switch instead of the round one like in the pictures, so I will be changing that out. Upon initial inspection of the guitar when it arrived Friday, I found a large crack in the neck pocket. The guitar was shipped loosely packed in a flimsy single wedge shaped cardboard box. All the guitars I've received in the past have been double boxed to help protect from shipper handling. I immediately emailed Glarry to have the defective guitar returned and replaced. I haven't heard back at this point. Once this issue is resolved, I'll post an updated review.

This is my second yellow GTL semi-hollow, I returned the first for the same issue: the bridge is placed low and is mounted crooked. The first string is barely over the bridge pickup pole piece and the string through body holes are mostly covered by the bridge. It is easy to see how the bridge is rotated if you examine the distance between the top of the bridge plate and the bottom of the pickguard. The guitar arrived promptly and overall looked good, a few sharp frets but for the price point it's to be expected. The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is because the screw in the top tuner arrived bent which caused the tuner to lean. This shouldn't be a major issues to fix, but it would have been nice if the guitar was playable out of the box.
