My honest review: I've never played a guitar until this one. In my younger years I've bought several only to loose interest & never give it a go... Now I'm older I'm determined to learn..... So I Ordered the black one hoping to learn on it. My first impression was it's very light (not a bad thing). Cosmetically I give it a 4.9 out of 5. Tiny blemish on mine but it's nearly not noticeable. I tuned it using the included tuner. Strummed it pretty harshly then returned. Holds tune pretty well. The strap is mostly useless, it's too small to use & cheaply made but I expected that. The bag is pretty decent. Nothing over the top but is as described. Picks included are too thick for my taste but remember I'm just learning so...... Strings are close enough to fretboard to be easier than many I've seen to obtain a cord, buzz free! I can say the sound is pretty good. Has just a very little mellow tone yet has a great tone.... I cant say much about the preamp whereas I do not have an amp to test but the battery is included for it. I made a stupid mistake when ordering & gave an incomplete address. I called customer service & as a plan B I contacted fedex to ensure I got the shipment without delay. After explaining, CS resolved the issue and everything went smoothly. Package arrived without any damage or issues. If you're on the fence on buying this beauty I'll suggest you go for it. For the price & quality you can't beat it... Great job GLARRY MUSIC, I'll definitely order more. Thanks!
