It was delivered late but that's the courier's fault. The piano is sturdy, well build with quality materials easy to assemble. Keys are quite silent and have a good finish. Sound is good, not too loud. Comes with headphones, adapters for usb and other devices, stickers in the bag for keys, a cleaning cloth and a nice cover sheet. Good value for the money overall. This piano is fantastic! While it's not a grand piano, the sound quality is impressive and gets quite loud when turned up. The pedals work smoothly, and the weighted keys respond beautifully to different playing pressures, making it feel much more authentic than cheaper keyboards. The slight resistance when pressing the keys really mimics an acoustic piano well. Just a heads-up—assembly is a two-person job for stability.
