I didn't get my delivery. When I contacted customer service asking what if it was sent to a wrong address. I was giving a sarcastic response that stated, it might get lost or taken by someone. Upsetting and unprofessional in my opinion!

It's wonderful as a hobby to teach yourself how to play and for the price it's a very good offer. Now if you're already experienced it may be better to get a more expensive one but really I can't tell you. Good product.

Bought for my 10 yr old to see if she would actually like it, before investing a ton of money. It is of good quality, and certainly was worth the investment. Would definitely encourage someone to purchase it for a beginner.

Awesome. But I must say plz take it to a music store and have it professionally tuned and in order for it to keep intune you must continue to practice on it.

Perfect for beginners. If you've been playing a long time you know better then to buy this. But for beginners this is great until they become more well versed and know it's something they want to commit to long term.

I was very happy with the whole process, from start to opening and playing my violin. I hadn't played for decades, and all the parts and pieces were included so I could get right to it. My order appeared on my door step much sooner than expected. Two issues I had: 1) the first string peg was constantly slipping, so I used sidewalk chalk on it. 2) the 2nd string fine tuner does not do anything and I'll need to replace it. But for $60 this instrument is outstanding.

you never get the quality of the violin for their cost. I can bet you. But you should not compare with $250 worth violin with this. Its more than worth for cost you spend here and good one for beginners and intermediate.

My violin came with only rosin, a bow, 3 pegs and 3 strings, Broken bridge, and tuner. No extra strings. My daughters first violin lessons were supposed to start on march 2nd but they didn't because she didn't have any instrument to play on.

Very cheap and almost impossible to tune properly. But it was just over 30 quid with 10% off on black Friday which is amazing for everything that is included. More ornamental than playable but for the price I thought, what the heck.

Great value! I mosaic musical instruments and prefer to use new violins, mandolin, ukeleles and guitars. The tile and grout changes the acoustical properties, so they are for decor only. Thank you for making the instruments available at great prices!
