Unbelievable value for this guitar! I've been seeking an HSH guitar to add to my collection and couldn't pass up the price for this Glarry GST. I am so happy I ordered another one of these models. The frets are fantastic. After I loosened the truss rod and lowered the Action I nailed it with no fret buzz. Minor adjustment on saddle height. Playing this is a breeze. This $90 Strat copy is just as good as a $200 Squier. Thank you everyone at Glarry for coming through for me with flying colors!!

Update Four STARS. After Lynn resolved the issue I am pleased with the guitar. Nice fit and finish. Plays and sounds great for a short scale ( 24 in.). Glarry is putting in the effort to improve their quality. Keep it up.

I received the product in excellent condition despite the damage done to the exterior of the packaging. The paint/finish work looked pretty good, I did notice sanding scratches on the body under the final finish & one tiny paint bubble that popped & left a pit. The neck is straight but dry, the frets are seated well but have a small amount of sprouting the further you go down the neck. The volume pot was loose & rattling around, which I fixed & the tremolo screws were turned almost all the way i ...

Just got my Glarry HSH Strat today and am very happy with it. I had to set up the action like I like but once I did it sounds as sweet as a bird. Everything is awesome except the 24th fret is popped up and twisted. The only string effected is the low E string and it deadens the last 3 frets. I will either fix it, replace it, or remove it. No big deal.

Six days from NJ to ND, not too bad, with a Saturday and a Sunday in there too! Yes, the packaging looks pretty sparse, but this thing got here without a scratch or a dent! AND IT IS AMAZING! I came back! I've had my GTL for just over a week now, played it more than any new guitar within that time frame, and now I can point out a few issues. Even if I could, it still gets 5 BIG stars, so read on about my nit-picking. I saw a couple of reviews that said the frets were rough, or gritty. Here's what I found out: These strings are a few notches below average (the price of this thing is a bunch of notches below, don't forget) they don't stay in tune well. Back to that fret issue, these strings have some kind of metal dust or grit on them, they turned my G&L White thin pick almost black... that's not where your fingers touch... the grit, I think, is from the strings, not the frets. Once I gave it good wipe with a little polish, nothing felt gritty. Speaking of the frets! I looked at a Epi LP, on sale at a major nationwide "guitar center" for $199. I grabbed it to remove it from the rack, and almost cut my fingers on the frets, just by touching it! ALL of THEM had what felt like an 1/8 of an inch poking out on both sides... "shred" with this thing will "truly shred... your fingers", how do they put a guitar out, for you to look at, in that condition? I got it, they don't want you to buy the "sale" guitar... the costly one's "feel so much better". Next, the guitar is SO DARK BLUE, unless you have a spot light on it, you are playing a "black" guitar. I like black guitars too! Finally, I don't know if it could be corrected, while maintaining an unbelievable price, the neck, the body, and the strap pegs don't aligin. It is "neck heavy" and wants to drop down, pulling the strap with it... again BIG DEAL RIGHT! It does however, take some getting used to "supporting" that neck, and playing at the same time. I grabbed some quick pics... The reason I got this, is I wanted to get my Fullerton Signature into my luthier to restore it to as close of condition as it would have been when the inspector signed the tag on 02/21/1995. He said 2 weeks or a bit more, I was number 111 in his list of guitars waiting for the doctor. I didn't want to go that long, without anything to play. It's not like putting your car in the shop, no one offers a "loaner"... hmmmmmm... wonder about that as a side business... "rent a guitar"... buy Glarry's, in 2 or 3 rentals, it's paid for... maybre I should not have said that here... LOL Had to include one pic of my GF Legacy too. Stop thinking about it and GET ONE OF THESE!

Guitar strap pin fell out mid jam session, less than a month after I purchased it. Took extra special care of this new guitar too, never left the case unless it was being played or set up. Customer service gets a zero stars for trying to remedy the situation by telling me to GLUE it back in! Not acceptable. Apparently all Glarry guitar strap pins are the buyers issue and need to be glued in at the owner's expense, where is the quality control anymore!?

Bought it for a guitar to learn how to change pickups, do my own set ups etc. It is perfect for that lol. Very nice finish for a budget guitar, I am very happy with that. My low expectations were set too high for this purchase. The craftsmanship is terrible; I have scratches under the finish on the back of the body, deep gouges on the fretboard, blown out drill holes for the fret marker inlay, rough tarnished fret wires made from the softest cheap metal available. There is a terrible buss at the 9th fret on the A and D string, and looking down the neck there is good relief on the low E side while practically dead flat on the high E side, so I'm assuming the neck ...

Good customer service compensates for overall quality. I'm very satisfied with what I've paid for now. The neck has adjusted well, but fret wires weren't seated. The holes in the saddle that hold the strings we're too small and make it easy for the string to break. A days work and new strings and a better nut have done a lot, but I'll need the frets to be filed to remove the buzzing. Great price for a project guitar.

Great guitar! Great Sound! Great value! Beautiful natural Burlywood. Fit and finish are superb, with no flaws to be seen. Plays well right out of the box, but after a basic set up, including setting the action, check intonation, condition the fretboard, polish the frets, and a fresh set of strings, and this becomes a real players guitar. I'm giving this 5 stars not because it's a 5 star guitar, because it's not. But for $130 it's amazing what you get that's why it's getting a 5 star review from me. I got this as a 2nd electric guitar and it's awesome for a beginner or someone who wants to play around. 4 out of 5 because of a free ring on the G string around 10 and 12. Also feel the volume is lower than it should be but still with a good amp the volume is no issue.
