This was a gift for my niece. She wanted to start learning. But with so little effort a string snapped already. Despite that, I know she still loves it. So I really hope this instrument makes the sounds she hopes to hear as her interests sparks in this new instrument. Shipping was on time and it was delivered with care. It did need a bit of setup and tuning at first, but once adjusted, the sound is decent. Definitely good value for the price.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. It is great for a younger beginner. I took off 1 stars for the simple fact that the strings snapped and need replacing. Pretty disappointing. Other than that, she loved her gift.
