This was a gift for my niece. She wanted to start learning. But with so little effort a string snapped already. Despite that, I know she still loves it. So I really hope this instrument makes the sounds she hopes to hear as her interests sparks in this new instrument. Shipping was on time and it was delivered with care. I would order here again for my next music enthusiast. Thank you for making this learning opportunity affordable.

It did need a bit of setup and tuning at first, but once adjusted, the sound is decent. Definitely good value for the price.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. It is great for a younger beginner. I took off 1 stars for the simple fact that the strings snapped and need replacing. Pretty disappointing. Other than that, she loved her gift.

Like most beginner violins, it does need some setup (bridge placement and tuning). Took me a bit of time, but after that it works just fine.

The craftsmanship is decent for the price. The body and fittings feel solid. The tone isn't perfect for concert hall quality, but for lessons and home practice it's absolutely acceptable.

It's harder to tune and harder to get rosin to work on this violin than on the full sized one from Glarry (V402), and there are more options at full size. But this is the only one currently offered in this size, I think. It's certainly a decent value for only $60 to get a case and a violin and a bow, so that's good. Hello,The violin arrived intact without dents, cracks, or warpage.the bridge was also in good condition however a strand of the bow hair was loose and I had to cut it which wasn't a big deal. I also wish the rosin cloth was slightly bigger to avoid application mishaps.other than its great and I'll definitely continue being a customer later down the line and thank for my instrument I'm happy.

Very good value. The sound projects well. My only minor quibble is the pegs needed a little extra tuning out of the box. But overall – happy.
