Really impressed by this cello. Absolutely great price for an entry level instrument. You can learn cello basics without breaking the bank. I am an experienced musician (35 years, with 30 on guitar) and an amateur luthier. I've also wanted to lean the cello but could never rationalize the purchase price until I found Glarry Music. This is certainly an entry level instrument, as I look back at my very first electric guitar. There were no defects due to shipping but I did find the tailpiece had an issue with the fine tuners. I reached out right away and worked out a solution with Glarry Customer Service within 24 hours. I read several reviews about tuning instability, I've had no real problems- it is a stringed instrument, you have to tune it! The fine tuners are not the best, but once you spend the time getting it in tune, it may only go up or down a few percent.
I'm very satisfied with the decision to purchase this cello from Glarry Music.
Now I am looking at their line of violins and guitar build kits.
