I've seen a bunch of videos on line of everyone loving the standard fretted bass but no reviews of the fretless ones. finally i decided what the heck and just bought it..... this thing is seriously amazing, plays as good as some of my basses that cost 4x this one! i could not be happier! and i will be ordering again!

I was looking for a inexpensive fretless to get my feet wet trying to see if I could go from frets to fretless. I rehearsed with the band at the shedsky and found that I could indeed make the switch successfully. As an experienced bassist, the transition was easy. The bass performs and works well. I was doubtful that a bass under $100.00 would be playable and sound good. I adjusted the tress rod and lowered the action and I'm impressed how well she preforms. This is my first bass, and I'm really liking it. It required major lowering of the string action and a couple of frets were high, but a little bit of setup and fret leveling made it play very nicely. I would definitely buy another Glarry instrument.

Arrived in a great condition being only in one box. Finish is absolutely stunning, I love this yellow. So from the headstock down. Tuning keys perfect, no buzz or rattle, haven't found any buzzing frets. A very minor setup made the action perfect. The neck is a raw but smooth surface, I didn't find the neck to be as chunky as others have described it. I've had no snap crackle or pop out of any electronics. I have played guitar for nearly 60 years. As of late I have been starting to do some recording in a small home studio. I have never played bass, so I decided I would try to do my own bass lines. Ordered a GIB Bass in Burrlywood finish. Got it in 4 days! Box as in good shape. I was pleasantly surprised it was perfect. Neck was straight, string height was very close and intonation was spot on. Good job Glarry. I was so pleased with this entry level bass that I turned around an ordered a GST 6 String guitar in sunburst finish. It arrived as quickly as the bass did and in the same shape. I came across Glarry Music site during a google search and they had what I was looking for. I'm a little leary about shopping on-line from unknown sites but I took the chance. It was well worth it. The bass guitar I ordered come within 4 business days and was exactly as advertised. I love my purchased and couldn't have made a better choice. My 3rd Glarry instrument now! I have a GT508 acoustic guitar and a violin. Only problem I had is my bow on Violin would not take rosin. Found out I had bad rosin. The bass arrived on a very cold day. I let it sit overnight before unpacking after being told to let guitars sit and warm up slowly in packaging during cold weather. It works. I was very happy with my purchase. After 40 plus years of not playing I decided to get back at it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so t could be sure I really wanted to play again. Wow was I surprised when the Bass and Amp arrived. I have been playing now for about 2 weeks and am glad I went with Glarry. Also their customer service has been great.

Really a fantastic bass and combo deal, especially for someone like me who just started learning bass. Everything seems to work great and the tone is nice. There are a couple of imperfections in the bass such as the tone knob being slightly lopsided but other than that the bass is great. The amp itself is really only good for practice. As a guitar player for more than 50 years and the owner of a Fender Jazz Bass, I have to say I am very pleased and surprised at the quality of my Glarry Gjazz Bass. Other than a dead muffled sounding E string, I could find no problems with the bass after changing the string to an Ernie Ball 105. This is a great guitar for the price. I've just recorded with it and am very well pleased and surprised. I will probably change the pickups later but it's not immediately necessary. It needed a slight set up to get the action and fret feel that I wanted but these are very personalized and objective areas. I'm going to check out other guitars from Glarry!

I am a life long guitar player and want a be amateur luthier. When I ordered this bass I expected to at least do a setup on it. To my amazement the string height was spot on along with the intonation and the neck needed no adjustment. There is no fret sprout and it is a hoot to play. The paint is surprisingly good. Excellent. The you tube video sold me. It was exactly as they said taking out of the box. It came in one box with the Amo. Husband was so surprised he hugged me and really was moved by it. I'm a happy customer. But my husband is ecstatic. Great product. Price is awesome for a new beginner.
