It really is a cool bass guitar. I've been a musician for 35 years. This bass is a great learner bass. I even hooked her up to my guitar/bass amp. It can have some buzz...I use a higher quality cord for it. Overall, the sound is rich enough to play like a pro in a smaller venue. And it looks wicked. Love it.

This bass is really nice looking, the build quality is very good. The setup was pretty close & was playable right out of the box. I had to tweak the truss rod and dial in the intonation, but the adjustments were minor. Pretty good usable tones from decent pickups. Well worth I paid. Get one.

When I got my bass, I was not expecting much. The quality control is poor! The bridge screws was stripped out and neck bolts rusted . The fret board end was not finished and fitted poorly. I saw all of the reviews and took a chance. I would not recommend this bass guitar. The should be playable.

I'm giving it a 5*. Let's be real. It's a beginners Bass. I found the keys to be decent in sensitivity and the hold their place. The strings are bulk and the action will improve if you get better ones. The volume and tone knobs are responsive. The bridge has good adjustments for fine tuning and Bass buzz elimination. It does not play bad at all. The amp is the weak spot, but again, this is for brand new players to see if they will take to the instrument. Often new players do not want to be lou ...

I purchased a Glarry 4 string bass with the 15w practice amplifier. We are starting a youth praise band at our church and needed an instrument for someone who is learning how to play. My order shipped within 24 hours and arrived in less than a week. I was impressed with the quality, communication and response. Very pleased.

After using this bass for several months, playing it 5 days per week I can tell you that I was impressed but... The only problem I've had is with the strap pegs. They would become loose and wobbly. It started with the upper then the lower. It got so bad that I had to stop playing it with the strap.

I wanted to get into playing bass but didn't want to invest in something expensive. After watching a lot of reviews on Glarry basses and guitars and went ahead and pulled the trigger. It shipped fairly quickly and everything was well packaged. I did have a hole in the box but the entire bass is in foam so there was no damage to it. The quality seems good for what you pay for. Only time will tell how well these hold up. It's hard to pass on a value like this.

It feels a little tiny when you use it the first time but after a couple minutes you get really comfortable, sounds pretty good for the price, awesome practice bass and probably if you use a different Amp you can use it for performances too 10/10

Plugged it to peavey classic chorus guitar amp, delay petal which went through peavey PA. It sounds better than Fender bass we had borrowed now using this new one. Kinda heavy after playing few hours.. Really surprised though. Using bass every weekend on stage. No one believes I gave the price I paid for it. As ...

I just received my bass amp to the 5 string I purchased, it is NOT THE AMP THAT IS PICTURED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT, THIS DOES NOT HAVE THE HI LOW PUSH IN SWITCH WHICH ENHANCES TONE DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU Desire WHEN SETTING THE SOUND, THIS MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE WITH THE LOW B STRING, GLARRY REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME ON THIS SALE, I HOPE THEY WILL ADDRESS THIS MATTER AND PAY THE RETURN FEE AND SEND ME THE AMP I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I grew up playing my uncle's 70s Fender Precision Bass. The thing was a tank and so smooth. The action isn't much different on this very inexpensive bass. I was very impressed with the sound and feel. For the money, you cannot go wrong with this bass. Is it a Fender? No. But in regards to the cost:quality ratio, it might be right on par. Love this thing.

Great bass for the money and, actually better quality than some name brand guitars I own. You might have to do a little setup but, that's often the case with a lot of new instruments. This bass actually played great out of the box and sounds pretty good. Glarry has always had great prices, fast shipping, and great after purchase customer service. My experience has been that if there is a problem, they will make it right.

I find it more than satisfactory for the money, had to do some minor adjustments to raise a couple of strings to stop some fret buzzing but otherwise it came ready to play.

I oiled the neck and fretboard as is usual for any instrument and polished the frets. 4. The Not so Good: The nut was cut too low and the plastic flashing was in the winding of the strings. I broke a string before I figured out that the low strings were also sitting on the first fret. The nut is not a typical size for a simple "order a replacement". It is a Bass so I can try cutting and filing a new bone nut with simple tools available from some place like HF. This is my first instrument purchase and I am very pleased with the whole transaction. Thank you!

arrived in 5 days, the amp in 3. seems in perfect condition no fret buzz holds tuning ( for 2 days) I haven't really completely set it up yet the volume and tone knobs seem to be more effective in the forward pickup.
