Before discovering Glarry, I had ordered a similar case from China through a major US retailer. Two days later, I was informed that the product was out of stock. They also charged my credit card, even though they were not supposed to until the product shipped. I cancelled the order and finally received a refund after two more days. Before discovering Glarry, I had ordered a similar case from China through a major US retailer. Two days later, I was informed that the product was out of stock. They also charged my credit card, even though they were not supposed to until the product shipped. I cancelled the order and finally received a refund after two more days. That's when I discovered Glarry and placed my order; a smooth transaction and the case even arrived a day early! The case came wrapped in a protective fabric sleeve, packaged tightly in a cardboard box. The box had a few dings and gouges from shipping, but the case was not scratched or damaged. The first thing I noticed after unpacking, was an odor similar to car wax or perhaps leather conditioner, which based on some dust residue, led me to discover that the case must have been quite dusty prior to shipping. There were wiping patterns on the exterior; nothing extreme, but certainly visible upon closer inspection. I even found a piece of red lint from the cleaning cloth, lodged beneath the hardware. So wherever the case was cleaned, I'd rather they use a soft brush or compressed air, rather than wiping the case with a cleaning product, as once the textured surface has been wiped with a liquid, it's nearly impossible to remove the wipe-marks. But again, this is not noticeable unless you really look for it, and it's eventually going to get dusty anyway; after-all, that's what cases are for right? Then I noticed about six or seven stitches in a row, that were not snug to the surface. I applied a small amount of super-glue to the threads, one at a time; and using a piece of plastic-wrap, pressed each firmly to the upholstery and gently wiped away with the plastic until they were in place. Probably not a big deal visually, but I did not want all those loose thread-loops getting snagged on something and pulling out an entire row of stitching. Other than that, I was very pleased with the exterior appearance and fit of the hardware. Upon opening the case, I noticed a few pieces of lint, a few stray threads along the outer edges, and the manufacturer tag; all of which were easily removed with a razor blade and a vacuum-cleaner. I then placed my new Surf Pearl Strat into it's new home, and it fit like a glove, both physically and visually. I did not have to remove the strap, simply folding it neatly to the top/side of the body, and the trem-bar fit nicely into the storage compartment. The padded lid closes snugly and latches securely. Although I don't plan on tossing this case into the cargo-hold of an aircraft, I feel confident that it will be just fine for home use. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good bang-for-the-buck case, and I would not hesitate to purchase again if the need arises. I don't mind a little fine-tuning if I know I'm getting a good deal. Thanks Glarry, for offering a reasonably priced quality product with hassle-free shopping. Great job!

Squire Classic Vibe 50's Telecaster – overall a good value economy hard case, slight noodle modification required to stop guitar from moving inside case, headstock can slide and hit the top of the case without this modification (see pictures, bright green noodle modification) this is a common problem with cases, not just this case. The latches could be a little better, they are definitely economy latches, time will tell if they last, one of the three latches on the case I received might have a problem in the future, like I said time will tell. The storage space (with a cover) is a little small, the other side of the storage area (no cover side) small objects might move from this space into other sections of the case, there is space between the lid and walls of this uncovered section of storage allowing small objects to move outside of the storage area, just put small items in the covered section does work. Other than the very economy style latches, this case is on par with other economy cases on the market. I would not recommend this case for shipping or baggage check on a plane, but it is good enough for around the house or jamming sessions. Someone that gigs often might consider a case above the "economy" class, but may be okay for most gigging guitar players. Overall, I think a good vale for the price, if the latches last (minus 1 star for latches that I think could be a little better, see picture of latch, picture can not see that this latch is difficult to open or close, might be more of a fit issue than the latch or luck of the draw getting well installed latches).

Definitely impressed with this hard case. For the price, it can't be beat. My GST fits in it perfectly. I love the generous size of the accessory compartment which has room for everything I need to use with this guitar. The offset carrying handle is a neat design because it keeps the case balanced as you're carrying it; no dipping to one side or the other. It may not be SKB quality, but it also isn't SKB priced either. All in all I'm very happy with this case and would highly recommend it.

recieved the guitar; looks as advertised; it was in good condition, frets good, tuners okay, i like the dark fret board with the dark head stock, checked the wiring,everything was connected. I tuned it up and played it , it did sound pretty good. checked it the day after, and it was out of tune, it seems it does not stay in tune;So i'm going to install a set of Ernie Ball Slingky strings and see if that take care of staying in tune more then a day. Other then that I am happy with the Glarry ...

The slots hold the neck pretty well, but the door for the compartment is placed badly. It is hinged along the latch-side of the case, so when you pick the case up, any small items inside the compartment will fall out immediately. I suppose someone decided to try something different somewhere...but this doesn't work. It just doesn't. It would be fine if they had hinged it on a different side, but in this case, well...not the best design decision, and it renders the storage compartment mostly unusable for small items or guitar tools, unless you want to risk scratching up your guitar's neck. If you're just using it for a guitar strap it will be fine, however. Overall, barring the storage compartment, I like this case. It's tough enough and the latches and other hardware seem decent, but the storage compartment may be a deal breaker for some people. A solid four out of five, unless storage compartments are very important to you.

I Would've given 5 stars except for one tiny flaw. The cover for the accessories box opens when carrying the case around! It needs a latch or something to keep it closed. Velcro or some other means to keep that cover closed and its contents secure would make this guitar case absolutely perfect! I will figure out to fix this problem and other than that i'm VERY HAPPY with my purchase!

Much better than a soft gig bag. Construction a bit flimsy and cover on the internal pocket should open towards the direction case open so contents don't fall out when stored.
