What I can say worth while here, is that I did a LOT of shopping around before buying it, and it really rated high and was recommended by a violin teacher who knows their instrument.

It sounds great for the money and has a really nice case. I found it to be pretty nice when trying to learn and it was comfortable to hold.

Case and violin came as described with all accessories. Obviously doesn't come tuned but this is easily fixed if you have a tuner.

Overall I'm happy with it. Case is perfect strong and light. There are a decent number of accessories. I have heard others talk about changing their strings because they weren't staying in tune, after I tuned mine, they sounded very nice, they didn't really go out of tune. Now, to the 4/4 GV306 Violin the sound is quite beautiful.

I've been talking about learning to play for years now, and now I have finally taken the leap by buying one. It's beautiful, and easy to understand/figure out when tuning and setting up. No trouble tuning and putting new strings on. They stay tight, but you have to push the pegs in to get them to stay (not an issue). I'm very happy.

NO VIOLIN STAYS IN TUNE!! It is wooden instrument, and subject to the weather conditions outside so I must tune EACH TIME I play. My teacher added some sort of oil to the tuning pegs to keep them from slipping. You can also twist the tiny little metal pegs at the bottom to fine tune the tuning (I didn't know this until the teacher did it). Works good!

It is GREAT. You need to rosin up the bow for a while, and the pegs as well. The sound was shockingly amazing once that was all done.

Works great! You bow comes un tensioned for a REASON . . . always UN tension it when done playing or you will RUIN your bow!!! 100% would purchase again and recommend for anyone starting out!

It looks really good and is easy on the budget. The only issue I had was tuning it for the first time. I broke the e and g string so i put on a new set and it tuned up perfect. I give it five stars (I believe the strings breaking was my own inexperience with violins). You cant beat it at this price.

I was told by my violin teacher that the violin was very good quality for what I paid. I do plan on upgrading later but for now its perfect.

It is an amazing violin for beginners. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to tune it and you have to use a lot of rosin to start off to start playing your first note.

What a great instrument. after more than 45 years of not playing, I decided to play again. It has a beautiful tone, easy to tune. Good strings, rosin was ok. It's better than meditation for relaxing.
