Awesome product. I've decided to learn piano this year and I'm so glad I went with this product. It's the perfect size to not take up all the space in my small house, and looks so elegant. While I don't know much about pianos (yet) I've enjoyed everything about it so far. Customer service was quick to reach out when my order was out of stock. There was a one week delay which was no problem! Overall 10/10 for the price, customer service, and product quality.

I can't say enough about the customer service support and communication from Glarry. They honor their return policy within the guidelines. We decided to upgrade the keyboard purchase from semi weighted to fully-weighted, which in hindsight as a pianist, we should have done in the first place. The piano itself is very good. The keys are mostly simulated weighted but the sound response is well enough to mimic a real piano. The pedals are surprisingly good even though they feel cheap in hand, they perform exceptionally well. I got this piano to eliminate needing a desk and piano for my home studio and it is the best option. The piano works and sounds great! The only problem was that the instructions said to put four screw into predrilled holes that go all the way through the boards. But the holes were only partially drilled. We decided to purchase wooden dowels for more stability.

I really don't know how to compare this to other pianos. I got this piano for my 7 year old who is just starting out and it seems to be great sound and great quality. I like its small size and the bench fits under. I especially like that it comes with headphones that you can plug into it. The piano itself stands pretty sturdy and stable. The only thing I hate about this piano is that when you turn it on, it shines a bright blue light on top and I haven't figured out a way to turn the light off.. ...
