Drum arrived with a hole in the 14" head. I tried to send an email to customer service but the email address link came back as undeliverable. I've bought a few products from Glarry in the past couple of years. The sax had stuck keys, my first bass guitar arrived with a broken tuner and now the drum has a hole in the head. I still not received my order and no info on when will I get order just says on history on order it says it is shipped but no date of when will I get order I would like to know when by email or phone call would be nice .
