This is a really nice value. Buyers just need to understand that All stringed instruments need a proper setup before being played and evaluated. If the peg holes and pegs are prepped properly, and the instrument is brought up to pitch slowly, it will tune just fine - and stay in tune. Tone is very impressive for a low end instrument. I recently returned to playing after many years, and this viola has been a wonderful reintroduction. The craftsmanship isn't top-tier, but it's solid for the price. The tone is warm, and it's comfortable to play. A great value for the money.

This viola offers excellent value for the price. The craftsmanship is solid, and it came with all the necessary accessories. The only minor issue was tuning stability, but after a few adjustments, it's been playing well.

I love my new viola. It was cheap, but it's not a crappy instrument. The only thing is one of my C strings sounds a little off but still fine. I love that it comes with a case, a bow, rosin. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've previously had good experiences with Glarry Music, but my recent viola purchase was disappointing. The viola arrived without a bridge, making it unplayable. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed to purchase a bridge myself through Amazon, which was frustrating. Although they promised a refund of $10.76 to cover the cost, I still haven't seen the refund in my account. This lack of follow-through has been both inconvenient and frustrating.

This is not a professional viola, obviously. You're not paying for the expert craftsmanship and beautiful sound that you'd get from a 1k+ instrument. However, for the price, this is the way to go. Great for beginners!

The sounds are good and the manipulation is good! Is equipped with the needs, I can't think of anything wasn't ok with everything. Except the rosin isn't the best quality, is not great but is ok!. Overall is a great investment in the instrument with all the extras!

It's nowhere near a professional instrument, but it's great for what you're paying. I bought this to get back into it, and it's been great. Don't freak out if it doesn't stay in tune at first. It's been in storage, through temperature changes, and the postal service. It's going to have an adjustment period. Don't freak out when bow strings fall out, that's pretty normal. I'm honestly impressed.

The rosin was broken when I opened it and got everywhere. Besides that the purchase was good. It came in a beautiful color and was just the right size. I had a little difficulty tuning it but besides that it was perfect.
