This is a beautiful piano, however the pedal doesn't work and I've emailed the company to try to have a new pedal sent and I've never heard back from them. It's been almost a month. Don't want to return because it's heavy and I no longer have the box. UPDATE! They contacted me and will be sending a new pedal and cord. Whew! Definitely a great buy from a legit company. ??
