This makes Glarry #5 for me. I think they are very good for the price. They sometimes have minor imperfections and need a good set-up but you end up with a playable , decent looking guitar. Some people spend more, (sometimes MUCH more) for one guitar , than I have invested in all 5 of these. Only way a poor guy like me could have this many guitars to play with.

I am super excited to surprise my grandson with his first bass! I never thought I could afford one for him. He will be thrilled. I ordered another really cool guitar for him, but I'm saving it for his birthday. He saw the box and knew we had just looked at that guitar a couple of nights before. They come really fast :) Now he will get the surprise for Chanukah and the other one for the birthday. With this price I could afford two guitars.

Arrived in pristine condition. Finish and fit are awesome, a beautiful instrument! I wanted to explore 5-string bass and this bass feels incredible! After a setup and intonation it performs beautifully. Lovely grain and the pickups really deliver. If a maple fretboard becomes available I will purchase another!

Loved my new Bass! I do have small hands and the neck is a little on the big side, plays well and very sensitive. There were some small scratches when it arrived which was kind of sad 'cause it was brand new. I did give a 5 star but a 4.7 would have been what I wanted to do, but round up you know.

A fantastic bass for the money, especially if you put a little effort into setting it up. My bass really benefited from filing down the nut slots a bit. The nut was high out of the box for my taste, but now this bass plays really well. I had a high mass bridge and Wilkinson pickup that I installed. They were an improvement, but definitely not necessary.

I ordered 3 different guitars, all Glarry instruments. I play left handed, with the strings reversed. All 3 guitars were right handed, so I flipped the nut around and restrung all to be lefty correct. I was really hoping that I would get a true lefty guitar, but there were none available. Will the intonation be affected by restringing the guitars?

let's stop the hate on this guitar literally I had it up and running very well in about 20 minutes 30 minutes I had to replace the strings with the round cuz my fingers are sensitive. but it sounds actually fantastic and as a starter fretle space I would definitely buy this before I would buy any of the other expensive units.

First, I have to say that the Guitar good, but when mines came in my nut was too low where it made buzzing sound and the strings added marks on my finger even though I just took them out of the box, and this is where i lead to me to buy a new string and nut to improve it. In yellow, this is my seventh larry tele and it has been an excellent project guitar.. A good setup makes it perfectly playable. And an extended setup makes it an excellent stage, ready guitar. ordered for my own 91st birthday present. played years ago, but suffered a stroke damaging my left side, including my chording hand. sold or gave away all guitars except a low-end martin acoustic... I am getting a little use of hand again. the guitar looks as if it was handed picked, not a cosmetic flaw that can be seen, beautiful in every respect. fingers trying to find chords again...wish me luck on this beautiful instrument..

Communication was shakey at the start. It took four days to find out it was back ordered but now in stock and would ship two days later. Upon receiving, it all looked good. When playing it sounded tinny. Upon inspection, two of the strings were not aligned at the bottom properly. You Tube has a video how to properly set up the guitar. For the price, I expected something less than Fender. I'll make it better.

I received a burly wood GP bass on May 9, 2025. I was well packed and had no blemishes, scratches. Very nice, one rough area on the neck at first fret, corrected that with some 0000 steel wool. The bass was received with all 4 strings loose and found truss rod completely loose. I had to do a complete setup on the bass. I was a little surprised due to the reviews. It plays very well and sounds great, the finish overall is good.

This Bass arrived 3 days after the order! I am very pleased with the build quality and finish. I ordered the "Brown" finish, it looks like polished Mahogany! Minimal adjustments for relief, action, and intonation. I'm 73 years old, with 50 years of playing experience. I recommend this Bass for any player.

I really like the sound of the guitar and how it looks and feels but the action on the strings was pretty high and I had to adjust it and I am an experienced player and seeing this on a beginner guitar is common but I think you could have done a little better on that but u did include the tool to fix that which was nice but the neck is a little big and for someone without large hands it would be difficult to play such as my friend Branson who had trouble playing it but u have large hands so I wa ...

Bought this bass about a year ago. What I wanted was just a fretless gear to mess around with, and for the price, it was a great deal. I ordered the sunburst, but they reached out and said only burlywood was available. Ended up getting that. If you want something playable out of the box, this probably isn't it. Great guitar for under $100, if you're on a tight budget but still want something that's very playable?! This is it...just like other posters said, you may have to do a little adjusting on it, or maybe not..so far mine feels good, but I'm gonna change strings soon, I highly recommend this guitar, for a beginner, or anyone just wanting something to jam around on and cheap!
