Only real problem I had with it was it very difficult to tune the violin...but I have altered the peg holes to allow the pegs to hold the strings properly. Otherwise, the violin is very nice for beginners.

My kit came with a lot of starter accessories and I was surprised by how sparkly it is! Great value. But I'm not successful at producing a good sound yet. But it's perfect for my needs and budget.

It looks very nice, light weight but sounds so-so. because I am a beginner, teaching myself. It's a little difficult to learn.

I got this for my son and it worked fine since he's a beginner. However, after 2 months, he broke his second string. Not sure if this is normal but now we have to buy another string and its expensive.

It needs a better rosin that it got broke super easy. Other than that, everything else was very good. Love it.

I am pleased with the instrument. I lowered the strings at the nut and put ProArte strings on and it plays much easier and sounds much better. When I opened the case the strap that holds the .violin in place while in the case had come unglued.. The pegs had slipped and all 4 strings were a jumbled mess in the peg I think it is an excellent beginner violin after a few "tweaks"' The bows are adequate. All accessories were present.
