I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. It is great for a younger beginner. I took off 1 stars for the simple fact that the strings snapped and need replacing. Pretty disappointing. Other than that, she loved her gift.

The sound is decent for practice. Not super rich or powerful, but definitely good enough for beginners and casual playing.
