The entire process has been excellent until it reached my hands, the product with the protections and dust care, I also had the corresponding accessories with me. I leave four stars because the cover or bass protector is too small

Received my bass a few days ago, had the chance to check it out. Right off the bat I noticed the neck was a little fatter than I would like it, The fret board was comfortable to play. The hard ware such as tuning gears, handles, bridge, and nuts were of very good quality. The sound was great!! couldn't tell a whole lot of difference between my $400.00 Ibanez and the $129.00 Glarry J Bass. all functions worked. I did notice that the treble nobs are very sensitive and sound like their wide open ...

I did notice that the treble nobs are very sensitive and sound like their wide open when you use them. Rosewood neck is nice, but rather had a maple neck on this one. I have the Glarry GIB 5 STring and the sounds are very very close. Both Basses are a great buy for the buck I would say this one is a winner in it all. After a small amount of tweeking and adjusting it is great. Lowered The Bridge, strings were a little high off the fret board but after lowering them to taste everything was fine. I would buy another Glarry Bass. Looking to try one of the keyboards next as I am a keyboardist also.

I bought it for occasionally playing alone and small rehearsals, Sounds great, only concern was with the paint, two woods came in different color, but i guess for the price its ok, also its hard to play with the left hand because of the deep neck, but again, for the price its great if you want something better go to usd 700+ price range

I bought just to see how good or bad it was, and I have to say, for the money? It's a GREAT deal. I was a little unhappy with the wood grain on the particular bass that was sent to me, it's not beautiful to look at, like the photo, but that's hit or miss, understandably, when someone else is grabbing a boxed instrument wit ...

I was a little unhappy with the wood grain on the particular bass that was sent to me, it's not beautiful to look at, like the photo, but that's hit or miss, understandably, when someone else is grabbing a boxed instrument without looking at whether it looks pleasing or not...I did a few of my own modifications (heavy mass bridge, carbon nut, string tree bar, finger bridge between the pickups, lastly I'll put in a preamp) and it is feeling more and more professional. This bass might even end up going on the road! We'll see!! All 'n All? Great purchase. I love the idea of affordable instruments. I feel the whole industry is way overpriced as it is....$7,500 for a bass?! Nooo Waaay!! Ever!!

I read so many reviews before I finally purchased that the original choice wasn't available in the color I want and I hesitated again and the bass I wanted wasn't available at all. I settled for this one and I dont feel like I settled at all. This is an awesome bass for how much it cost. There are minor inconsistencies like the pick ups weren't put in correctly and but still worked. Cosmetically the finish is awesome. Neck doesn't come finished but that's ok. That's not hard to do. Very nice,,,the finish is flawless,,,neck and fret board are great,,I will change the pickups and Tuners,,but that's just me,,,for a first 5 string or for someone like me that is looking for a nice solid body and neck to do mods to,,this one is perfect,,glad I got it

The bass far exceeded my expectations!!! Great looks and construction for a $129 bass. I've upgraded my pickups to EMG and it sounds massive. My only complaints are the bridge jacks up my tuning every time I make adjustments, and my G string tuner came in slightly bent. No big deal being that this is a project bass so I'll be changing both of these. Overall, I'm loving it though. Thank you Glarry!

This seems like a decent 5-string bass. Be prepared to buy a new gig bag or case for it, though, as the cheap provided gig bag will not fit the instrument. The 5th tuning machine makes the headstock too big.

I had high hopes after reading the other reviews. After a lot of work, I have a playable instrument. First the bad points...The back of the neck has a big dip in the nut-1st fret area where it was over sanded that looks and feels awful. The bridge (and nut) are too narrow for the fingerboard. The pickups are non-standard width so aftermarket upgrades will not fit. The bass is incredibly neck heavy whether with a strap or sitting. There were many rough spots on the back of the neck. The composite ...

The pickups are non-standard width so aftermarket upgrades will not fit. The bass is incredibly neck heavy whether with a strap or sitting. There were many rough spots on the back of the neck. The composite fingerboard was rough. I put on lighter tuners, rolled the fingerboard edges, filed sharp fret ends, completely shielded the pickups and cavities, changed the electronics to a vol, blend, two band eq and switched to a higher mass, wider bridge. I will flatten the back of the neck.

Shipping came fast only 6days...Overall Great Bass the tone was killing especially for the price but it is a lot of hum from the volume knobs and hopefully in the future we can see maybe different neck options.
