We received our piano super fast. Upon receiving it there was a part that was broken due to the shipping process (box had gotten slashed), but Glarry responded super fast to my note and reordered that specific part as well as provided us a little money back while we wait for that part. I was so impressed with their customer service. The piano plays great and is already getting a lot of use from our kids-- perfect for kids starting out with lessons.
