They are friendly, prompt, and professional. I really appreciate the the CS team. I would suggest them one thing and that is the more safe shipping package, because I found the top of the key neck a bit damaged. I found a splinter of the soft wood, but it didn't affect the guitar,justthe look became a bit ugly, nothing else. I have a Glarry Burning fire, and a Glarry GTL Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar F Hole HS, the Burning fire is 2 or 3 months old, and for my happiness, I had to change the pickup holders, so the pickups would set flat, had to tighten the truss rod, to straighten the neck, set the bridge, and the int. But I still like the guitar. the GTL, came to me like it had been fully set up. all I had to do was play it. The boxes were booth damaged in shipment, but on the guitars. there was no damage. They are booth great. I play them as much as I do my other three guitars. and have as much fun. even though I have less in them. Had to try again, bought the Glarry GST Electric Guitar Green, took a while for me to try the green. I liked the wood finish, had trouble with the green, but when I got it, it was great. The color was much better than glarrys picture. the neck was straight, action was low, i lowered it a little more. raised the pickups quite a bit. Play's, looks, and sounds great. was going to order a higher priced guitar. did not really like the color. am glad I got this one.

The guitar itself is really good especially for its price and the amp is okay not the best but it's manageable and it's really good for beginners and to adjust the sound is very good. I've already learned to play back in black on this guitar it sounds fine, the first pick up on the guitar tho is broken i think because it's like lifted up and kinda sticking out but it still works and the cable came broken but apart from that great guitar

This is an outstanding value with some caveats. If you know how to do a guitar setup, this is a great deal. Lightweight, looks fantastic, VERY rock n roll. I bought this for my grandson's birthday and it is an unbelievably great deal. Great guitar to learn guitar luthiery/repair skills, and it is a great guitar package for a beginner IF you can do the work. Where was Glarry when I was a kid?! this is WAY better than my first guitar. This one needed truss rod adjustments to set the relief correctly, and it needed the nut slots filed to make it playable. Intonation also needed to be corrected. Having made these adjustments, it is now quite playable. If you don't know how to do that work, you will definitely need to take it to a competent guitar tech. Otherwise, it will totally stymie a beginner. Unlike the 2 other Glarry guitars I've bought that had severe fret sprout and sharp ends, these fret ends felt fine. Very pleasant surprise! The pickups are kind of dull sounding, but they work! The bridge pickup sounds the best. The amp is also dull sounding (and VERY loud), but it WORKS! what can you expect for this price? Good value IF you can work on it a bit.

Unlike many of the reviews I've seen the guitar came pretty playable out of the box. The action was set a little too low so there was a bit of buzzing right out of the box. Unlike many of the reviews I've seen the guitar came pretty playable out of the box. The action was set a little too low so there was a bit of buzzing right out of the box. But after adjusting the bridge and the truss rod with the included tools it plays and feels great. Also unlike many of the reviews I've seen, the tremolo bar IS functional on this guitar. It is not locked down and needed no adjustment to work fine. The surprising part is the intonation was almost perfect right out of the box. It only required small adjustments to be perfectly intonated to the much lower D standard tuning I prefer. The 5 way switch cap came a little too far down the blade, so out of the box positions 1 and 5 were blocked, but just inching the cap up a little fixed that. The humbucking pickups are super hot, which is perfect for primarily rock/metal musicians like myself, while the middle single coil gives tons of options tonally. All in all, for the price, I am extremely happy with this purchase. Excellent guitar.

To my pleasant surprise the order came in just a few days. Packing was decent and there was no damage due to shipping. But what was amazing is that Everything functioned well right out of the box! He picked up the guitar, stretched out / tuned up the strings and plugged it in to his equipment. Absolutely satisfied with this guitar. At this price point I cannot believe I can have a guitar that plays decently and sounds decently. I needed to do very little tweaks with this guitar until I had very nice action and the pickups have amazing at this price point. No fret sharp ends and very good sustain. I wonder how in heaven can Glarry do it at this price point.

I bought it for myself, and I'm very surprised at how good this guitar is for the price. The action is perfect and the sound is right on. I didn't have to adjust the bridge. I think I'm going to buy another one.

Just use a dedicated fret shaving and shaping tool? You're good to go. You can custom set the action on any Glarry stringed instrument because of the high quality craftsmanship. I use Glarry guitars for tracking out guitar parts in my home studio. They sound very good and definitely are within the tonal range of the guitars they are modeled after. Want a telecaster sound? Glarry got you covered. Want a Stratocaster tone? Glarry got you covered. I'm a studio engineer and can make any guitar sound great by tweaking the tone. Glarry is the best bang for the buck. Their bass guitars are phenomenal as well as the modeled guitars. I'll get around to endorsing them in the future with studio real-time tracking with a Glarry guitar. I totally cannot wait to see what they conjure up when they move into the big leagues and go full pro model that will compete or beat the major League guitar brands such as fender, Gibson and Ibanez and Yamaha. Guitar is beautiful, packaging was good. It seems very well built. The only issue is the AMP did not work at first, for either guitar or MP3 jack, then started making static, then sound. None of the adjustment knobs except volume work, treble knob seems out of alignment or broke. The good news is that service / support was fast and friendly, AMP was out of stock but a replacement shipped right when they said it would. New AMP was perfect.
