The guitar it's self is really pretty color blue. No sign of fret sprouting. The guitar would not stay in tune with the strings that come on the guitar, sorry Glarry the strings are junk. However once I put a set of 9 or 9.5 strings on it and locked the strings ( YouTube how to lock your guitar strings) took a pencil and lubricates the string trees , nut and the saddles it stays in tune longer. The box it was shipping in was in great condition. As for the guitar, light weight great finish. No fret sprout and the neck was straight. The tuners are ok but that is something I intended to replace anyway. I like the neck pickup, the bridge is a little microphonic but I have had worse from more expensive guitars. My first Glarry experience was good but the guitar itself had some minor nut issues that made it very hard to play (ST model). This GTL model however is amazing for the price. Only 2 issues I could find, dirty finger board and F holes a little rough. Otherwise this is an incredible instrument for the price. The Yellow model is particularly beautiful to look at.

I had a GTL delivered to my house for an xmas present. When we opened it we found that both the volume and the tone knobs broken off. Upon hearing of the issue, the Glarry support team was very attentive and immediately sent me a replacement with all parts in tact and perfect working order. I was able to plug this one in and was amazed at the intonation and action right out of the box. I am very happy with the guitar and highly recommend it!

No complaints! Arrived promptly. After tuning and settling time plays nicely. Needs slight intonation adjustment but that is very minor.

Like all other five-star reviews, I am qualifying this as "five stars, for the money". However, there's still a story to tell here. I purchased this guitar with the intention of modding it to the max. Upon receiving it, the ONLY quality defect I could see was that one screw on the switch plate cover was screwed in at an obvious angle. I have just ordered my 6th Glarry Guitar. Five are shown in my history, and one I bought off of amazon, i decided to cut out the middle man. I had a coupon GLARRY5, and I got the discount. you cannot beat a deal like this one. I( just bought an ARTCORE and will compare the two. I purchased this guitar and one other from Glarry expecting to use them as a kit build/redo because the price was cheaper than most kits out there. Fantastic guitar for the price! Needs setting up though. To start with a positive, the body was immaculate and the neck was perfectly straight. The guitar worked right away and did not have any electrical issues. As to expect from the price, I needed to dress the frets and file the nut slots. At first, I could not fit the wammy bar. MAJOR DAMAGE!!! Well, my guitar arrived today. --- I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived on the 29th. Not too upset about that because I ordered it on the 18th, knowing it could take up to 10 days for delivery. Well, being all excited when it arrived, when I saw the box, I was immediately concerned. When I opened it, my concerns came to reality. The body is crushed and it must be returned. Overall, the guitar looks good but I didn't do much more than open it, unpack it, ... MAJOR DAMAGE!!! Well, my guitar arrived today. --- I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived on the 29th. Not too upset about that because I ordered it on the 18th, knowing it could take up to 10 days for delivery. Well, being all excited when it arrived, when I saw the box, I was immediately concerned. When I opened it, my concerns came to reality. The body is crushed and it must be returned. Overall, the guitar looks good but I didn't do much more than open it, unpack it, and pack it back up. Can't say much more at this time. Hopefully customer service will be better than the shape the guitar arrived. ................ UPDATE - 1-15-21 Upon the arrival of the damaged guitar, I contacted Glarry customer service. The customer service manager I worked with, Manager Lin, was incredibly responsive and helpful! The guitar was replaced immediately! Because the guitar that I ordered was not in stock at the time, I was given the option to wait until it was in stock or the option of choosing another guitar that was in stock. Because it was a gift, I wanted to replace it as soon as I could and so I chose a different guitar from the Glarry inventory. The guitar was immediately put on order and I received it roughly 12 to 15 days later. All through this time, the service manager was in contact with me and was very helpful and responsive to my messages. As you know, these guitars are quite competitively priced but they are worth every penny and more! I've been playing guitar for nearly all of my life and I really enjoy the guitar I bought for my child. It's a fantastic beginner guitar and to be honest, I'm considering getting one for myself for fun! The classic question: Would I buy from Glarry again? Heck yes! The only problem I had during this entire transition was the worry about how the guitar would arrive. They are not packed very well and so I was "biting my nails" while waiting for the second guitar to arrive. it arrived in PERFECT condition! Thanks Glarry and thanks to a very responsive customer service department!

I received my electric guitar (yellow) fast. Upon opening package I found all items to be accounted for and no damage was noted. I immediately plugged in the guitar and tuned the strings. I was amazed by the sound. I measured the guitar against my Fender Tele and found out the size was the same as the tele. Easy to tune and play. Don't be afraid of the price! Ive been playing guitar for 54 years and I've owned some very expensive ones and some "low end" ones. This is an excellent guitar. I just ordered my second Glarry guitar (first was a Strat style). Although the guitar needs a good setup and quality strings, it is absolutely playable out of the box. Fit and finish was excellent. Firstly the brilliant value for money considering the finish of the instrument is much better than I could hope for. I bought the guitar as a base for updating the spec by adding some hardware updates... i.e. Locking tuners, Roller string trees, TUSQ nut, Strap Locks, new pickups and a Stetsbar Tremolo, and a good setup. That done, it will be one hell of of an instrument... as good as a guitar costing many times as much. Thanks Guys!

I would compare this Tele to guitars costing 6 times as much. It needed a complete setup but anyone can do that filling info on google. I also bought the jazz bass and it is comparable to my $800.00 Fender. Setup on it was perfect out of the box. I have 3 Strats but planning to buy one of these for the rougher gigs.

I like the exceptionally light weight (that's why I bought this guitar), and tones from middle and neck pickup are nice. Problems include: sharp ends of the frets need to be filed down, fret heights are uneven so the frets need dressing (i.e., sanding) to avoid buzzing with strings at a reasonable height, bridge pickup is exceptionally harsh (I replaced it), neck is far too thick unless you have enormous hands (I wear large size men's gloves), and nut grooves bind strings and prevent proper tuni ...

This is my third Glarry guitar and I love it. I had to do the usual setup, new strings, polish frets, steel wool the neck and fret board, lower the action, and set intonation but after that it plays like a dream. It has a wonderful sound when played through a decent amp and I use it in a band every weekend. Thanks for a great guitar, the price is very reasonable. This is my first review, the other two guitars are also great after setup and I will recommend Glarry to all of my friends!

Recieved T style guitar very quickly.. After oiling the neck and quick set up, action was lower than my real Fenders... White scratchplate added for a Rossi/Quo look... Very good and recommended
