This is a beautiful piano, however the pedal doesn't work and I've emailed the company to try to have a new pedal sent and I've never heard back from them. It's been almost a month. Don't want to return because it's heavy and I no longer have the box. UPDATE! They contacted me and will be sending a new pedal and cord. Whew! Definitely a great buy from a legit company. ??

We've had this almost 2 years and love it. The quality and sound still are as great as day 1 when we purchased this. We've had no issues, even amongst several power outages/surges (including hurricane Helene). We do have this plugged into a power strip. For context, I'm learning piano after 35 years of playing guitar and studying music theory. Shipping was fast, customer service was quick and helpful with the one blip I encountered, and so far I love this digital piano. I would feel very comfortable at jam sessions or with home recording on this piano (once I learn how to play it well). The keys really do respond similar to how an acoustic piano's does! A couple of week's into playing it, I'm so glad I chose this piano.
