Horrible experience so far never got the guitar, called FedEx and I was told that it was shipped so cheap that its not a priority and it cam sit in their post till it gets a turn. Tried to contact glarry of FB and was told thats not sometthey can deal with. Tried to find a phone number to call and of course Glarry refrains from putting a phone number to contact them on their website. My advise do not buy directly from them get it on Amazon. What a mistake

I'm really liking this bass. When I received it, part of the nut was cracked off. I contacted customer service and they didn't have a replacement nut but they told me if I purchased one myself that they would reimburse me. I purchased a nut and installed it myself and it plays great. Customer service came through and reimbursed me. Great bass and great customer service. Thanks Glarry! I was very pleased with my purchase of the Glarry GP Electric Bass. It arrived on time with no damage. It is my first bass. I was going to buy a used one so I wouldn't have a huge investment in an instrument I didn't like to play. But as inexpensive as this one was I went with new! It plays great and came with everything I needed. I would recommend Glarry to anyone. DP

The Glarry transaction was flawless! The Bass Guitar arrived about 12 days after I ordered it. The guitar was in excellent condition upon arrival and could be played, out of the box, after tuning it. However, one pick guard screw was missing! I was astonished order arrived very quickly also packaged very well no damage at all. I also was amazed of the quality for what I had spent .I mean there's no frets sticking off the neck , glued on sideways, or missing all together also all components were there in pristine condition . I bought this to just find out how your P-Basses perform. I'm pleasantly surprised. The neck is a little thicker than most of the basses I own and that takes a bit of getting used to. I needed to remove the sharp edges on the frets and adjust the bridge and it was ready to play. The bass sounds great, looks great and plays great.

I purchased the Glarry Burning Fire bass in black. It arrived packed neatly and securely in a rigid cardboard box, with a molded inner Styrofoam protective "box". The bass came with a cable, a strap, and a pick. The bass itself was wrapped in a protective "sleeve". Upon initial inspection, I found some paint blemishes/bubbling, as well as a bent volume pot.
