I'm a very experienced bass player and I purchased this beginner bass for a family member to learn bass guitar. It's a great instrument for the price. The neck was straight and it plays well. It's all a beginning player will ever need. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to start learning bass guitar or maybe even for those that only have one bass and want to take a backup with them to shows.

One of the best, if not the best, starter bass kits I've ever bought. I'd not been playing for quite a few years and needed something to dust off the cobwebs with and this is doing stupendously so far; clean sound, beautiful action on the neck and the body staining is perfect. I'll be sticking with this company for quite some time for my musical needs from now on.

Awesome Bass! I bought this to transition to 5 strings from four, without breaking the bank. Wish it had split pickups at the neck, but that's what I'm used to. Only needs a basic setup, Fretboard conditioning, polish the frets, set action and intonation just how I like it. I'll be changing to a lighter set of strings, but that's again just my preference. Great value at three times the price!

Bass is very nice and looks good, had to do a little setup on it, like smooth frets, truss rod adjustment and bridge height, but I expected at least that. the pickups are OK, and now that it's setup properly plays very well, no buzzing frets, straight neck, handles as well as my fender precision, the pickups I might change in the future, but it's a great road bass. don't have to worry if someone trashes it or comes up missing, I can just buy another. I've played guitar for over sixty years and decided to venture into playing bass. The Glarry bass I received was a pleasant surprise. The bass only required tuning and intonation adjustment and was ready to play. Tone was vey good. Neck was smooth and frets were well placed and dressed. No sharp edges. I'm literally sitting at work right now with this guitar. For the price I don't have to worry about it getting trashed and now I can sit on station and as long as things are quiet (which they usually are) I can pass the time away. Perfect purchase.

Bass & amp combo are awesome! Bass in perfectly intonated out of the box. Well made instrument. Amp sounds terrific. Great for living room practice sessions & has plenty of power to jam with friends. I'm so glad I picked this combo up. Worth every single penny.

For 100 dollars I guess it's okay , sounds alright and kinda dig the shape of it just kinda sucks it's supposed to be a face of black to brown inwards on the body but there is heavy over spray of black on half of it . Other then that it's nice

The bass is amazing looking and the amp is perfect for practice and attaching headphones to. It sounds great so far. Shipping was fast and the package was packed very well. For such a cheap find I am amazed by it and I may order again. I'm willing to give this bass a 5 star review, but there is a MAJOR problem. The lower pickup DOES NOT WORK. I'm not sure what to do. I was looking for an inexpensive axe to use as a project bass, and found Glarry after seeing quite a few positive YouTube reviews. While it's a little rough (literally) around the edges, this bass is definitely a good value for the money. The good: the body is light, the neck is straight, electronics work as they should, and the frets are dressed better than guitars I've paid ten times the price for. Sure, the hardware (tuners, bridge, knobs) are a little on the "affordable" side...however-it plays very well-especially for the price! Most peeps that purchase this bass will probably swap out their own electronics and hardware anyway. And I don't have any complaints about it being too "neck-heavy"...the necks could probably be a smidge thinner in circumference-but, at $99, who's complaining?
