Perfect low action right out of the box. Glarry says the top is [laminate] spruce, back and sides [laminate] basswood. Pretty rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Compensated plastic saddle. The guitar I got has Grover-ish smooth enclosed tuning machines. Accessories: a nice non-padded nylon gig bag, an allen wrench for the truss rod and a pickguard to stick on yourself – or not. BTW the strings that come on it aren't bad. A few very trivial finish blemishes. The only negative is the fret ends could be smoother. This guitar has exceeded my expectations.
