Had an issue with the first guitar purchased and custom service was on it immediately. Excellent work. This guitar is beautiful to look at and sounds great too! Neck looks straight, intonation was nearly perfect out of the box, Wammy feels good and the bridge feels strong. Couldn't be happier.

My first Glarry. Like the color (trans green), like the neck (chunky), but the string height adjuster screw stripped out on the B string and now the guitar is unplayable.

Excellent customer service! My customer service representative (Lin) got me back up and running after the first guitar was received with a defect. Although the Glarry's are basically a student model a little setup work can get these playing above the price point. No complaints. Thanks again Lin!

There is nothing that comes close for the price, this is my second glarry, ive been a budget guitarist since i got my first guitar at 8, glarry is by far the best guitar ive owned under 400 dollars. Understand it may need some love, but after some tender affection youll get to rock out with your......... in all seriousness its definitely worth 150 bucks

As everyone else says, very impressive! I waited til the GST2 was available and I went for it. Showed up within a week without so much as a scratch on it. I tuned it and played it for an hour. Of course the strings were stretching for the 1st 20 mins. But it sounded good, played great and looked awesome. Well built . Great price ! I'm super happy

I was very surprised when I unboxed it, this is a fantastic guitar and not just for the money, action was good, intonation was good and it sounded great! Very very good playable guitar, 5 stars!

Nice guitar. Smaller neck with better wood for the body. Changing strings gives better playability. Nice bone nut. Better wood and pickups.

Nice guitar. Smaller neck with better wood for the body. Changing strings was necessary to facilitate the give this guitar the quality playing it should have. That is such a minor cost that is insignificant. Nice bone nut.

I saw this guitar on eBay and was given an offer and accepted. I already have a Glarry GST and a GP and play them constantly. The GST II was the first guitar I've had that came in Styrofoam protection!! It arrived in absolutely perfect condition! No finish flaws or any inconstancies with regards to construction. I set up my own guitars and currently own over 27 guitars from Ibanez, Dean, LTD, Mitchell, Effin, Stagg, Washburn, Guson, Copley, Jackson, and Kramer. Many guitars come with issues that ...

The GST II was the first guitar I've had that came in Styrofoam protection!! It arrived in absolutely perfect condition! No finish flaws or any inconstancies with regards to construction. I set up my own guitars and currently own over 27 guitars from Ibanez, Dean, LTD, Mitchell, Effin, Stagg, Washburn, Guson, Copley, Jackson, and Kramer. Many guitars come with issues that need to be addressed like fret sprout, poor intonation, improper neck alignment, bad tuning machines, weak pickups, etc. This Glarry GST II came in PERFECT condition! None of the aforementioned issues came on this guitar!! The pickups sound clean, bright and loud, frets are well done, no sprout, and are shiny and uniform, intonation is proper, tuning machines hold tune well, the nut is filed perfectly! The neck came measurably straight. The only issue was that it came with some bronze colored strings that were either hybrid acoustic/electric or light acoustic!?! I happened to have an acoustic that needed new strings so I put them on that and then put some DR Veritas strings on the GST II (some of the best strings in my opinion). I set my guitars up to have the bridge slightly raised on the back to allow for high and low bending so I adjusted the spring claw screws, added relief to the neck, lightly sanded it near the pocket and near the headstock, and tightened the tuning machine nuts. This guitar plays and sounds GREAT! I LOVE Wilkinson products and have a Mitchell TD-400 with a Wilkinson bridge that plays well. This is the first time I've heard Wilkinson pickups and they sound AWESOME! Every part of this guitar is an upgrade over the GST, which is an excellent guitar by itself! Go Glarry!
