In general, we ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, there may be some delays for individual orders due to temporary stock shortages. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order by contacting our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label (RL) upon receipt.
