1. Please note that shipping is only available for delivery addresses within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam) and United Kingdom.

2. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

We highly recommend that you do not change your address or cancel your order once it has been placed, as our warehouse and customer service operate separately. We cannot guarantee that your request will be forwarded to the warehouse in a timely manner.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return your order by contacting our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid return shipping label (RL) upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that shipment in transit is beyond our control, and any unforeseen delays are the carrier's responsibility. We will do everything we can to help expedite the delivery of your order. In the event that your package is lost during transit, we will resend it to you.
